I received my bilingual degrees from the University of Saint Thomas, in Houston Texas, 2002, and my Texas Bilingual Educator State Board Of Education Certificate in 2002. I had 12 years of teaching experience as a Bilingual Teacher in Fort Bend ISD. I have been a Region IV ESC Teacher Mentor since 2004, a Project INVEST Teacher Mentor since 2009 and the Ridgegate Elementary Teacher of the Year, 2011. Currently I am a bilingual teacher at Northside ISD in San Antonio, TX. Municipal Director Guanajuato State Secretary of Health 1998 - 1999 City of Yuriria Responsible for the first level medical services, including: coordination with the community and government authorities, to achieve public health programs and policies, such as transmissible diseases vaccination, epidemiological studies, and containment, community health education, coordination with health organizations, public and private for public sanitary vigilance. In charge of 1 urban and 12 rural medical units, providing service for a population of about 75,000. Municipal Director Guanajuato State Secretary of Health 1996 - 1998 City of Uriangato Responsible for the first level medical services, including: coordination with the community and government authorities, to achieve public health programs and policies, such as transmissible diseases vaccination, epidemiological studies, and containment, community health education, coordination with health organizations, public and private for public sanitary vigilance. Member of the Municipal Government Development Council, Uriangato , Guanajuato, Mexico. In charge of 1 urban and 4 rural medical units, providing service for a population of about 50,000.
