My areas of expertise include organizational audit, performance appraisal systems, employee competence assessment by 360° feedback method, audit of structure and workflow, organizational climate assesment, job descriptions, and organizational management standards. I conducts training sessions on personal employee effectiveness including time management, presentation skills, creativity, team building, communication, emotional inteligence, body language, and conflict management. I also gives seminars on customer service and investment psychology. I have completed finance broker courses by National Stock Exchange of Lithuania, FOREX currency trading courses. In 2007 he completed one-year NTL Institute (USA) Certificate Program in Organizational Development where I studied Introduction to Organizational Development, Diagnosing Organizations with Impact, Planning and Implementing Interventions, Group Process Facilitation.
