Bio
I'm a lawyer with a strong passion for IT-related issues and hold a Ph.D. in IT Law from the University of Bologna. My core area of expertise lies in privacy and EU data protection law, along with the broader framework of digital EU legislation, including the DMA, DSA, DGA, Data Act, AI Act. I'm particularly committed to promoting the protection of fundamental rights within "smart" and tech-driven environments. In addition to my expertise in EU digital law, I also practice general civil law, including civil litigation and contract law.
I'm passionate about
collecting people's stories and confronting other people's ideas and feelings, travelling, studying foreign languages... in a word: communicating.
