Bio
Venezuelan, living in Brazil since 2015. I work in the automotive business since 2008, where I have had experience on product development, supplier quality and purchasing both in Venezuela and Brazil. I also love to work as a volunteer and I have had the experience on working on several activities helping different ONGs such Fraternidade sem Fronteiras, Asociação de Beisebol e Softbol de Minas Gerais, and other smaller institutions and group.
Currently focusing my energies on my Personal Project: Venezuelana no Brasil, where I show my country and culture to Brazilians in order to help them to understand our people that now is being more common here in Brazil as inmigrants and refugees. With this project I also show the difficulties and challenges that our people is facing and of course also our learnings on this path.
The word that sumarize my journey is: RESILIENCE

An idea worth spreading
"Freedom restrictions lead to creativity increase"
I personally begin that all kind of restrictions help us to develop our creativity but I also have learned that our education system and the way that traditional companies work, are killing our creativity.
The TED story
Everybody has a story... Mine as a woman and inmigrant has been full of resilience and reinvention, learning from each experience and working mainly on my personal development and self knowledge.
I have learned to live with the uncertainty (improved this year with the covid situation), to embrace diversity and to show to my brazilian community that there are a lot of things to be thankfull, that venezuelans were happy during a lot of time without knowing and when we realize that, we can live the life differently: in a lighter and detached way, taking care of our beloved and also helping people in need.
