TEDster, Executive Director for the volunteer group : TEDtoChina, I once orgnized some TEDx events: TEDxShanghai, TEDxFiveSqaureStar, TEDxTheBund, I m the curator of TEDxPeoplessquare.
Since 2008, I've been spending 1-2 hours/ day on spreading TEDtalks into China through translating, bloging, tweeting on social media sites and video sharing site, and now we have more than half millions followers on twitter, weibo, facebook, wechat etc. Millions of Chinese got to know and watched TEDtalks.
Graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2004, my experience spans China government service,investment banking,NGO,strategy consultancy and digital marketing over the 20 years.

An idea worth spreading
Daily photo project in 3000 days
I started a daily photo project since 2011. In past 9 years, I took more than 3000 photos, during the 3000 days, I learn a lots:
1. I realized "Every day, there must be a moment which is worth recording and sharing with other" . Through the daily memory you can learn yourself and the world in a different way.
2. People would like to follow you and watch how you share your world. I got 60k followers on instagram. half are foreigners from dozen countries. my fans can see how i am thinking, how people is living in a different culture.
3. Everyone got talents in some way. MIT Tech Review was the first magazine which contacted me and for a instagram photo. and then many of newspaper came to me for my photos. I know I am able to be a good photographer.
4. I have done this more than 3000 day without a break. Dailyphoto is the part of my life. Then you can try some thing in 1000 day, or 10k day, you will see a different YOU.

The TED story
I'm sure I am the person who have seen the most TEDtalks and know TEDx in China.
I started to watch TED since 2007, and spread TEDtalks into China by translating and blogging through internet. I joined TEDtoChina and organized some TED fans salon in China since 2008.
I helped TEDxShanghai and involved many TEDx in China.
Not only a TEDtalks translator. I am also in charge of TEDtoChina. Since 2009, I spend at least 2 hour / day to publish and share TEDtalks in social network, with nearly half millions fans on twitter & weibo, we became the most active and influential educational account in China after thousands hours' effort.
