Gilang is a strategy and change consultant with 5+ years of experience advising a wide range of clients from nonprofit, health, food and agriculture, creative, to technology sectors. He runs an incubator in Indonesia that assists early-stage youth nonprofits in managing their social impacts. Gilang is currently studying power, participation, and social change at the Institute of Development Studies in the UK. In TEDxIDS, Gilang co-leads the planning and production division.
