The TED story

I am part of global community and after living in 5 different countries feel closer to my roots and humanity. I am a representation of the love, patience, dedication and resilience of my blood rrelatives and the relatives society has given me in the form of my close friends. I have been fortunate to be given a voice and I am using it. I believe in change through education, which is not confined to a classroom and is not only proven by a diploma. Education comes from sharing knowledge and experiences as we all have something to teach and a desire to learn. Learning is a valuable tool for growth and openness to the rich diversity our global present offers. Together we can discover how our cultural backgrounds entwine and have so many common grounds that bring us closer together as a community.
