Driven by a passion for education and empowering communities, I blend a strong foundation in Architecture with strategic leadership, currently enhancing my expertise through an MBA at Ulster University. With a career that spans corporate training, curriculum design, and financial oversight, I specialize in overcoming educational barriers in multilingual environments. Fluent in English, Turkish, Persian, and Pashto, I am dedicated to creating inclusive opportunities for non-English-speaking communities, with a particular focus on transforming education in Afghanistan. My mission is clear: to bridge knowledge gaps and pave the way for a more equitable, educated future for all.

In regions like Afghanistan, where linguistic barriers often exclude communities from global knowledge resources, there is an urgent need to democratize education. By translating complex English materials into simplified, culturally relevant formats in local languages, we can unlock opportunities for learning, innovation, and economic growth. This approach not only preserves the richness of local languages but also empowers individuals to apply global insights to local challenges, fostering sustainable development.

Growing up in a multilingual environment, I witnessed firsthand how the language barrier stifled access to education in Afghanistan. While pursuing my degrees, I realized that vast reservoirs of knowledge—critical for fields like finance, engineering, and entrepreneurship—were locked behind English. This ignited my resolve to become a conduit for change. Leveraging my fluency in Pashto and Persian, I began translating complex financial and project management concepts into digestible lessons for local communities. Today, I collaborate with NGOs and educators to develop open-source, multilingual educational platforms. My vision is a world where no one is sidelined by language, and every individual can contribute to their community’s growth with confidence and competence.

Building grassroots educational networks. Beyond formal roles, I collaborate with local leaders and educators in Afghanistan to establish community learning hubs. These hubs provide free resources, from translated technical guides to workshops on financial management, enabling individuals to gain practical skills without language constraints.
