Bio
Hi everyone. My name is Barbara Gasquet and I am a native Spanish speaker from Spain. I hold a B.A. in English from the University of Valencia (Spain); and, I am currently pursuing a double master in Spanish linguistics and Translation (English > Spanish) at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (USA). I work as a freelance translator for independent clients and the Language Service Center at UWM; and I have also volunteered as an interpreter at a medical center in North Carolina (USA)
I'm passionate about
I am passionate about languages and cultures. I am a "linguistic nerd" and love learning about the origins of words! I also love fashion, crafting and photography (when I'm not translating!)
