Grew up in Kazakhstan and in 2004 won scholarship to pursue graduate level studies in the US. In 2006 graduated with Masters degree from Boston University and from 2006- 2009 worked in Washington DC at the World Bank and International Finance Corporation. In 2010 graduated from Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Interested in global affairs, human resources and recruiting brilliant people with appreciation to diversity of thought.
