I’m a Technical Executive with 10 years of professional experience in the IT support field within an International Market Leader Corporation, during which I have taken several responsibilities not only solving issues on customer level, but also helping corporations managing National and International key customer accounts. This lead to the development of strong team skills on multicultural and multi-disciplinary environment as well as strong methodologies on complex incidents, logical, critical and proactive thinking and perseverance skills (Agile/Scrum).
