The TED story
I was introduced to TED in high school when I was 14. I was instantly fascinated by the site ever since. It was the Sixth Sense technology and the new ways to fight cancer that I first watched in science class. I am pretty sure that all the kids my school know what TED is. I actually need to thank our teachers for sharing this site wih us. Then I started to discover TED more on my own time. It is so inspiring to see ordinary people trying their best to make the world a better place. It reminds me that there is so much beauty in this world, in people. And I wanted to be like them, to be able to inspire, to contribute, to share visions and ideas that would make a difference.
