Bio
Born in Catania in 2000 and never had a pause since then.
In my hometown I study Biotechnology at university but I try not to forget of my other hobbies.
My personality reflects the colorful land where I live, my beloved Sicily. I define myself easy-going and friendly, but also a bit anxious. Friends often compare me to Etna, saying I am a volcano in my quick talking and thinking.
I'm passionate about
Eclectic art and Science lover, keen on photography and Social Media communication.
In a word I would say passionate about discoveries.
Travel made me conscious about cultural clushes and taught me see the world in a different way.

The TED story
I first met TED when I was at High School, my english teacher used it to train our "listening and comprehension" skills; the concept on which TED is based fascinated me since then. Last october I joined the first edition of TEDxCatania and then I decided to become part of the team for TEDxCataniaWomen as Social Media Assistant. I am also part of the TED Translator program.
