I have been Participating in TED for long time since 2012, I used to download and watch talks and really Excited about it,The idea in which people come together and share ideas and one summarizes his all work and experience in just 20 minutes, That was amazing. But for OTP i was not knowing till the end of 2012, when i met Dr. Anwar Dafa-Alla who is one of the most TEDtalk translators and the founder of Tedx-khartoum in my college were i was a student and he was our in-structure in one of our courses. I remember the first day he come to the class, he played TEDtalk video on the projector it was Tim Berners-Lee talk about how he invented world wide web and told us to watch the video and discuss about it. he told me about the OTP later on i went to the website and i started translating talks and share with my friends. After i have seen and watch the massive information in TED i was always thinking how this videos and contents can be shared with my friends, collaborators, colleges and generally to my nation. with OTP let me a way so one can raise my voice through subtitle platform so that i can share with them. With language coordinator i am going to apply the same principle. with the help of social networks i am going to invite new volunteers and share the OTP and move the project from a point to a point. and encourage the volunteers in my language to make hardworks and communicate with each other so we can reach a level.
