Bio
Lorcan is a project manager for Connected Health and Innovation with a global pharmaceutical company. He has worked as a post-doctoral researcher, biomedical engineer, and data analyst. His research interests centre around technological interventions for older adults to support active and healthy ageing, independent living and ageing-in-place. Lorcan is the organiser of TEDxFulbrightDublin and has been closely involved with TEDxFulbright since 2012. Lorcan is also founder of the Irish Fulbright Researchers' Mentoring Network.
