Bio
I was born and raised in Southern Germany. After I finished my teaching degree in Germany, I moved to the US, got my teaching certificate there, and started teaching. I spent many years teaching German and English in various classroom and one-on-one settings. An opportunity to translate, edit, and proofread an English autobiography (300+ pages), inspired me to branch out into professional translation. I’ve always loved TED talks and am excited about the opportunity to share knowledge via TED translations and subtitling. It offers another avenue to realize my passion for learning and sharing knowledge, as well as bridging the language gap.
