The re-introduction of Food and Cooking as mandatory course as part of High School curriculum. Knowing what we eat, where it comes from and how to use it best in relation with our body need is in my sense the key to solving most of the problems the world is facing today: from health issues,starvation, over-consumption, over-production. My solution is the Kitchen Lab: an open kitchen in High schools where kids are taught practically to use and cook food, coupled with a deli Cafe & grocery.
