Bio

I was born in Kassala, Sudan which lies at the far east of the country, but lived most of my life in UAE, came back to Sudan when I was 15 years old on 2005. On 2008 started my college education in Electrical Engineering department in Sudan University of Science and Technology, graduated on 2013. From other aspects, I lived most of my life with a hunger for learning new things, this made a lot of things easier for me, having new things to do always make me want more. I started working as a lab technician in Al Mugtarbeen University since 2015 and I like where I am right now because it allows me to be engaged with the next generation of engineers and learn a lot from them as I develop my abilities in teaching and learning ...

I'm passionate about

I'm passionate about life in general, in love with spoken word poetry in both Arabic and English, a technology lover and normally and outdoors guy.

The TED story

I've learned about TEDxKhartoum from a friend of mine who is a part of the team, I started asking and searching about it, after I had a general understanding of the idea I went to TEDxKhartoum organizer Dr.Anwar Dafa-allah, and asked to know more, from my meeting with him I grew really fond of the concept and the way it works, I started off with joining TED's open translation project and then started working in the broadcasting team on TEDxKhartoum 2013
