The TED story
I started to watch TED talk since 2012, My English was not so good during that time, I only use TED talk as my English learning material from the beginning,after I watched some TED talks,I was deeply attracted by the deeply content inside each TED talk,I learned a lot from TED talk,after that, I know something called TEDx.I found TEDxSuzhou and some local TED talk sharing clubs in Suzhou, China.I attended their events and salons many times,and these activities made me better undertanding about TED and something behind the TED talk.In 2013 I became the TED volunteer translator,now TED published my first TED Talk translation (Chinese Simpified)--Andres Lozano Parkinson: depression and the switch that might turn them off on line and this give me a good opportunity to do something for TED and for Chinese people to better understanding TEDTalk without language obstacle
