My name is Virginia, I'm a freelance translator specializing in audiovisual translation and translation and communication for the luxury industry. Italian is my mother tongue, I studied English and Russian languages at University and Spanish and French languages at Languages High School. I have always had a passion for languages, cultures, and communication. I translate and transcreate texts for the luxury industry (fashion, marketing, jewelry, cosmetics, and watchmaking). I also translate and localize audiovisual content for the media industry (subtitling, videogame localization, and dialogue adaptation). Since I was a child, I've been deeply passionate about movies and TV series, a passion that only grew during my time at the linguistic high school where I used to watch episodes in their original language with subtitles to enhance my language skills. As my journey continued into university, my fascination with cosmetics and fashion blossomed, spending countless hours devouring content on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok to expand my knowledge. When it came time to choose my translation specialisation, I made the conscious decision to fuse my career with my greatest passions: cinema and TV series, fashion and luxury.

I'm passionate about fashion, skincare, and makeup. I love reading books and watching content about these topics, staying updated with the latest trends. In my free, time I love to cook and watch TV series, go to the gym, or go for a walk in the nature.
