Bio

I'm passionate about bridging communities and making knowledge and ideas accessible to everyone across languages and cultures.

I'm passionate about

I’m deeply passionate about making content universally accessible through translation and subtitles. Whether it's a TED Talk, a film, a video game, or a song, I believe everyone should have the opportunity to experience content in its original form while understanding it in their own language. Additionally, my experience in education and student support has reinforced my commitment to accessibility in learning environments, ensuring that no linguistic barrier prevents someone from achieving their goals.

An idea worth spreading

I think language can influence the way we think and perceive the world, and therefore we have a duty to handle our words with care in order the shape the world we want to live in.

The TED story

I subtitle for TED Conferences because I believe in the power of storytelling and knowledge-sharing. Subtitling allows me to contribute to a global movement of education and inspiration, ensuring that TED Talks reach a diverse and multilingual audience. My expertise in audiovisual translation and localization has equipped me with the skills to adapt content while preserving its essence, and my experience in the educational field further strengthens my ability to make information accessible and engaging. TED’s mission aligns with my passion: breaking down linguistic barriers to spread ideas that truly change the world.
