They should benefit from them and consider them a ladder to success, and learn from every single thing they face. Also, don't let fear stop you from achieving your dream. Dare to try. The TED story
I once suffered from being neglected and not being motivated academically. I also suffered from depression, so I know the feeling of being surrounded by a lot of people and not having someone to encourage you. Until my sister helped me to move on and be motivated. So I'll work hard in order not to allow another person to suffer this. I'll be really glad when I help someone to live positively and motivated.
