Born in Tumut, Australia, grew up in Nowra, lived in Sydney (for university and first job), then France for 17 years, now in Canberra.

An idea worth spreading
I'm sure someone's already thought of this...but if we protected all Australia's waterways and riverbanks we could create natural corridors for wildlife to more around the country. This would reduce extinction caused by reduced genetic diversity as a result of isolated communities.
The TED story
I love finding ideas worth sharing. I've been involved with a TEDxCanberra since 2013 - as an attendee, then as a volunteer in 2014. In 2017 I went to TED Global in Tanzania.
Things you might not know
Wrangling cattle, tractor driving, general farming and I have a degree in agricultural science and economics.
