Bio
I have started to join in TEDxKyoto activity as a volunteer staff from 2016. My role and responsibility is management of announcement in official facebook for sharing info related with TEDxKyoto. I prepare descriptions both of English and Japanese and ask approver to check it whether it's appropriate expression or not.
In terms of my job, I'm belong to pharmaceutical UK company. There are good opportunity to use English everyday.
Also I would like to mention about staying in France when I was university student. I studied engineering subject in Universite des Technologie des Troyes in France. There were many foreign students and it makes me inspired in multi cultural environment.
Hope I could contribute something related TEDx talks by phonetic transcription and also challenge translation to Japanese from English.
I'm passionate about
I'm passionate about Diversity and people development. In my current job position, I need to develop young tarent. Especially woman readership could be encouraged and support as first priority. Because a ratio of woman leaders is less than 20% in Japan, even 50%of birth rate is woman. That is a reason why I'm passionate about this topic.
An idea worth spreading
One of my dream is establish Food bank in Japan which is focus on local area or small town.
There are lots of food waistes Japan and it looks getting worse day by day. But on the other hand, there are children who are suffering from hunger.
In Japan it's not easy to ask to big food company for food donation which was expired or will be expired soon.
But we could start in local town or small area only focus on supporting local residence. Something like neighborhood help each other even though that child is not yours. We are used to help each other with neighborhood and it's was historically doing so far and that is Japan culture which was continued from Edo period and Meiji period.
I would like to share this idea and spread this food bank concept in Japan culture.
The TED story
The reason why I joined TEDx Kyoto activity is seeking creativity in my daily life. Now I work in Pharmaceutical company and it's really bounded by regulations. Inovative medicines help peoples life but very tough to get arign with all regulatory rules, and it makes me exhausted. Therefore I decided to join TEDx Kyoto to experience activity much more rooms for creativity and flexibility. Some idea coming up from TEDx activity, I could bring back to my job and same things are happened the other way around and conteibute to patient who are suffering from disease.
Throgh TEDx activity , now I could keep good blance and synagistic effect are happened.
