The current higher education system is often expensive and inaccessible to those who cannot afford it. This idea seeks to bridge this gap by offering a free education that is of the highest quality. By allowing students to work shifts to generate income that will help the university run, they are given the opportunity to gain relevant work experience while still pursuing their education. These work hours can serve as valuable experience and give students an edge in the job market after graduation. The university's curriculum will focus on relevant skills and experience that students can apply in their future careers. This means that students will be equipped with practical knowledge that they can use in their chosen fields. The program will also offer internships and work-study opportunities, which will further enhance students' skills and experience. Moreover, the university will have the highest standards in terms of academics, infrastructure, and faculty. My TED story is one of passion, dedication, and growth. Hi, I am Ridwan Adeniyi Abdullateef, and I am a dynamic and visionary TEDx organizer who has been actively involved in the TEDx community for several years. My journey in the TEDx world started during my first year of college when I stumbled upon some TED videos online. I was inspired by the power of ideas and knew that I wanted to be part of a community that celebrated and shared knowledge. This is how I discovered my passion for organizing TEDx events. I started as a volunteer at TEDxMaitama, TEDxAsokoro, TEDxMinna, TEDxBUK, and many other events. As a volunteer, I gained invaluable experience working alongside other organizers, speakers, and attendees, learning about the intricacies of event planning, logistics, and communication. With a growing passion for organizing TEDx events, I eventually took on leadership roles, demonstrating my exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail. In 2022, I became the co-organizer for TEDxOkene, where I played a critical role in ensuring a beautiful and impactful event. I worked tirelessly to bring together an exceptional team of organizers, speakers, and volunteers, to create a unique experience that inspired and empowered attendees. My dedication and commitment to the TEDx community are truly commendable. I continue to volunteer, inspire and support others, and work towards making a positive impact in my community and beyond. My leadership, creativity, and passion for ideas have made me a true asset to the TEDx community, and I am excited to continue making a difference through the power of ideas.
