Native Czech speaker with 10 years of living in Republic of Ireland. Holder of a C2 proficiency certificate from Cambridge and TOEFL certificate. I have worked for Airbnb as a bilingual English/Czech customer support specialist. As part of my job I helped customers both on phone and via email with all their queries regarding the Airbnb website and supported guests and hosts during, before and after reservations, often communicating with one side in English and other in Czech.
