I am deeply passionate about fostering a culture where people listen with the intent to truly understand one another. I believe that by actively seeking to learn from each other's experiences and perspectives, we can build a more informed and compassionate society. This approach not only enriches our knowledge but also strengthens our ability to collaborate and create positive change in our schools, communities, and the world at large. When we listen to understand, rather than to respond, we lay the foundation for a more inclusive, empathetic, and thriving environment for everyone.

At the top of the things I am passionate about is the sense of responsibility I feel toward the city where I was born and raised. Adding value to this place, making it more visible, and organizing events that bring many people from the business world here are both a duty and a great source of happiness for me. Learning new things, discovering, and constantly improving myself through travel are essential passions in my life. Being able to help people I know or don’t know, contributing to them in some way, and being a part of something good gives me a feeling that is hard to describe. All these passions shape my personal journey and motivate me to leave a better mark on the world around me.
