• Afowiri Kizito Fondzenyuy

  Founder & Executive Director, AMOM Foundation | Strategic Data Management Leader & Autism Advocate

  Afowiri Kizito Fondzenyuy, known as the “Toghu Marathoner,” is a Cameroonian philanthropist, autism advocate and founder of the AMOM Foundation and Yaoundé Cultural Marathon. A leader in data management, governance and financial risk, he brings over two decades of experience to community development and inclusion. Wearing Toghu, Cameroon’s traditional attire, Fondzenyuy uses running to celebrate cultural heritage and champion children facing barriers. He holds the Guinness World Records title for the fastest marathon wearing a Toghu (male), is an Abbott World Marathon Majors Six-Star Finisher and has completed marathons on all seven continents. Through AMOM, his educational initiatives have reached about 20,000 children in Cameroon, supporting schools, scholarships, girls’ education and autism awareness. As the father of a child on the autism spectrum, his mission is personal: to establish a dedicated school for children with autism and other special needs in Cameroon.

• David Villa-Clarke BEM, MBA

  Managing Director, Think DV Consulting Ltd

  David Villa-Clarke BEM, MBA is Chief Executive of the Aleto Foundation and founder of Think DV Consulting Ltd, a leadership and strategic consultancy. He is a mentor, leadership adviser and a speaker with extensive experience supporting emerging talent, senior executives and organisations. Under his leadership, the Aleto Foundation has supported more than 1,500 young people from low socio-economic and underrepresented backgrounds, helping them build confidence, networks and opportunities. His work spans financial services, media, education and Formula One, connecting businesses, leaders and young people to create pathways into leadership and employment. Awarded the British Empire Medal for services to young people, David is also a TEDx speaker and author of the forthcoming book, The Power of Mentorship: Leading and Coaching Diverse Talent. He is committed to using mentorship to unlock potential, advance social mobility and ensure that talent is never overlooked because of background.

• Dr. Ifeoma Elizabeth Dan-Ogosi

  Associate Professor in Public Health & Social Justice

  Dr Ifeoma Elizabeth Dan-Ogosi was once asked to leave a lecture for asking too many questions. Today, she is one of the UK’s distinctive voices in teaching and learning, a scholar who turned that corridor into a classroom, and that classroom into a movement. An Associate Professor in Public Health and Social Justice at UWE Bristol and Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, she completed her PhD in 2023 while raising four children and working full-time. Over sixteen years, she developed the Transformative Multicultural Classroom model, combining critical and compassionate pedagogy to make belonging a principle of education. The model has achieved pass rates of up to 100% and has been adopted by other institutions. Co-founder of the Safe Space Initiative for Black women in academia and co-chair of 100 Black Women Professors Now, she is an internationally recognised keynote speaker, People Connector and Positive Disruptor, the girl who built the room anyway.

• Dr. Teresa Ekaete Nwachukwu

  Founder, STLC/Director Public Health

  Dr. Teresa Ekaete Nwachukwu is a public health leader specialising in health systems strengthening, policy development and communication. She holds an MB.BS from the University of Lagos, degrees in Health Management from Benue State University and Global Health from Tulane University, and is pursuing a PhD in Health Care Management at Texila-American University. An alumna of the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship, she is Co-founder of STLC, a leadership organisation in Abuja that has empowered over 10,000 young people and women across six Nigerian states. A sought-after speaker on healthcare communication, Dr. Teresa helps teams translate ideas into substance through leadership and communication tools. Her TEDx talk draws from her work on how communication shapes patient outcomes, peer performance and resilient health systems. She serves as Director of Public Health in the FCT Health Services and Environment Secretariat. Beyond work, she enjoys writing, badminton and Scrabble

• Dr. Zina Arinze

  Dr. Zina Arinze, known as The Reinvention Queen, is a multi-award-winning Leadership Reinvention Coach, international speaker, lawyer, best-selling author and global Technology Transformation Leader with over 25 years’ experience. After practising corporate law, she reinvented into technology, leading major transformation initiatives across international teams. As Founder of The Reinvent YOU Experience, she helps high-achieving women reinvent their influence, impact and income, while helping organisations strengthen leadership and create cultures where women can progress and lead. A Fellow of the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs, her work advances women’s participation and leadership. Her lived experience across countries, careers and cultures, including divorce and a later-life ADHD diagnosis, informs her work on identity and reinvention. She is the author of Reinvent YOU! How to Move from We to Me after Divorce, now being reimagined for its 10th Anniversary Edition.

• Fikayo Durosinmi-Etti

  Co-Founder, ToNote

  Fikayo Durosinmi-Etti is a Nigerian entrepreneur and technology executive focused on building systems that make trust easier. He is Co-founder and CEO, ToNote, a trust infrastructure company developing technology that enables identities and documents to be created, authenticated and verified. His work sits at the intersection of technology, law and public-sector transformation. Fikayo advocated for reforms that contributed to Nigeria’s Evidence Act 2023 and Notaries Public Act 2023, helping establish a legal foundation for electronic notarisation, digital signatures and modern electronic evidence. Today, ToNote serves as the Supreme Court of Nigeria’s implementation partner for the country’s new national notarial framework. Beyond ToNote, Fikayo is an entrepreneur and investor with interests spanning technology, energy, gaming and hospitality. He’s passionate about building systems that reduce uncertainty, enable commerce and strengthen confidence in African institutions.

• Gen. Lucky E.O. Irabor (Rtd)

  Defence and Security Consultant I Former Chief Defence Staff

  General Lucky Eluonye Onyenuchie Irabor (Rtd), CFR, is a distinguished military leader, strategic analyst and counter-insurgency specialist with nearly four decades of experience in national and international security. His career culminated as Nigeria’s 17th Chief of Defence Staff. A graduate of the Nigerian Defence Academy, he holds degrees in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, International Affairs and Strategic Studies, with executive training at Harvard Kennedy School and the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies. General Irabor commanded Operation LAFIYA DOLE and the Multinational Joint Task Force, leading major counter-terrorism and stabilisation efforts across the Lake Chad Basin. As Chief of Defence Staff, he advanced force integration, military modernisation and institutional reform. He is the author of SCARS: Nigeria’s Journey and the Boko Haram Conundrum. Now retired, he remains committed to strategic research, public service and mentorship.

  Irene Evadine Ngong Bonjeh is a communications and sustainability strategist, storyteller, and founder of TAMJAB, a boutique consultancy helping purpose-driven organisations communicate with clarity, authenticity, and impact. With over a decade of experience in international development, advocacy, sustainability, and strategy, she transforms complex ideas into stories that connect people and inspire action. Her work is rooted in a powerful belief: in a world saturated with information, our greatest asset is meaningful human connection. She calls this Human Currency—the value created when stories, ideas, and experiences move beyond visibility to build understanding, trust, and action. Through consulting, teaching, and thought leadership, Irene helps nonprofits, social enterprises, and leaders uncover the human stories behind their work. She wants to be recognised for helping people use communication not just to be heard, but to build connections that create transformation.

• Janice Francis-Irwin

  Founder, JFI Karate Academy

  Janice Francis-Irwin is a two-time World and four-time European Karate Champion, former Great Britain Women’s Team Captain, fitness presenter, motivational speaker and founder of JFI Karate Academy. With over 30+ years of experience across elite sport, fitness, entrepreneurship and personal development, she has dedicated her work to helping children and young people build confidence, resilience, discipline and self-belief. She developed the C.H.A.M.P.I.O.N Methodology, combining karate, movement and life skills to encourage positive thinking and personal growth. Drawing on her experience as an athlete, entrepreneur and mother of four, Janice is interested in how messages from family, culture, media, sport and the wider environment shape children’s identity, aspirations and choices. Her work focuses on helping young people recognise their potential and develop the confidence to pursue it.

• Kadine Watson

  Founder, KW Productions

  Kadine Watson - known as Kay Elise - is a London-based entrepreneur, author, creative, producer and academic college lecturer whose journey spans seven businesses, seven published titles, and an award-recognised television drama. Her entrepreneurial path began in 2009 with K&K Showers, an event planning and decor business, followed in 2010 by K&K Brides Magazine, the first Black bridal magazine in the UK, creating a platform for Black and ethnic majority entrepreneurs. In 2013, she founded Makeup by Kay Elise for the TV and film industry, and in 2019 launched Excellence in Training, a business training consultancy, and KW Productions, her creative production company. She also runs Kay’s Luxury Gifts and Kay’s Luxury Travel, launched in 2021 from her passion for travel and luxury experiences. The Praying Entrepreneur founded in 2025 - A Faith based Business Consultancy, to assist people to build and scale with biblical foundations.

• Sherrine Barrowes

  Founder & Managing Director, SAB (Sisters & Brothers) Counselling Service Ltd

  Sherrine Barrowes is an author, integrative counsellor, psychotherapist, and Founder and Managing Director of SAB Counselling Service Ltd. Her practice specialises in trauma-informed, attachment-focused and neurodivergent-informed approaches, supporting individuals, couples and families. She is the author of Love Without Disappearing, which explores maintaining identity, boundaries and emotional wellbeing within intimate relationships. Her therapeutic work integrates Person-Centred Therapy with psychodynamic, Gestalt, family and systemic approaches, alongside attachment theory and nervous-system regulation. Sherrine has expertise in relationship difficulties, trauma, complex family dynamics, neurodivergence and early relational experiences. Through her practice, writing and community work, she works to make psychological insight accessible, culturally responsive and relevant to everyday life, while advocating for positive wellbeing, inclusion and equitable access to support.

• Yasmine Mustapha Jibril

  Yasmine is a student leader, community advocate, and emerging youth voice passionate about leadership, personal development, and youth empowerment. She has served as a Head Girl, gaining valuable experience in leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and community engagement. With over 100 hours of community service, she is committed to making a positive impact both within and beyond her school community. Yasmine is particularly passionate about inspiring young people to recognise their potential, embrace responsibility, and understand that age does not limit their ability to create meaningful change.
