Driven by a mission to use education to heal societal pains, Shohruh Yigitaliev focuses on building transformative relationships with learners. Outside of the classroom, he can be found walking and gardening.

  Shomalik is a Software Engineer, entrepreneur, and community builder passionate about technology, innovation, and creating meaningful opportunities. He has gained hands-on experience in software development, building digital products and turning ideas into real-world solutions. He is also the Founder of Fergana Events, a Telegram channel that connects people across the Fergana Valley with events, opportunities, and experiences. Through his work in technology and community building, Shomalik strives to inspire young people to learn, create, and take action. As a TEDx speaker, he is excited to share his perspective, experiences, and ideas with an audience ready to think differently.

  Ulugbek Abdukhamidov is an English educator and academic leader with extensive experience in teaching, teacher development, and academic management. He has studied in South Korea and has worked with students and teachers in Uzbekistan for several years, including as an IELTS instructor and Head of the English Language Department at a private school. Through his work with students preparing for international exams and his experience managing and developing teachers, he has gained a firsthand perspective on how academic pressure, university admissions, and exam-oriented education shape the way young people learn. His work now focuses on building stronger educational systems that develop not only academic performance, but also independent thinking and broader intellectual growth.
