TEDxMarsala returns for its second edition with "FAILURES - Minds that Dare", an event dedicated to the courage to take risks, face setbacks and transform failure into learning, change and new possibilities. Through ideas and personal experiences, the event will explore how daring minds question established paths, embrace uncertainty and use their failures as a starting point for growth and innovation.

    Entrepreneur, AI consultant & international speaker in tech innovation

    Camilla Brossa is an entrepreneur, consultant, international speaker, and communicator in the field of innovation. As founder of CAIA Consulting, she works on artificial intelligence, blockchain, and digital transformation, exploring the relationship between technology and consciousness. She is the author of the best-seller "Antropotech" and teaches at Istituto Marangoni, with academic experience at Harvard and Hult International Business School as well. She promotes an ethical and human approach to innovation, showing how emerging technologies can transform the way we live and work.

    Emma Galeotti is a content creator, actress, and TV host. Thanks to her charm and, above all, her spontaneity, she has won over millions of followers on TikTok and Instagram, where she writes and performs comedy videos. Alongside her career on social media, she has built a path in acting and hosting, through theatrical training and the study of creative writing and screenwriting. She has taken part in film productions and hosted several Rai TV formats. In 2023, she received the Magna Grecia Award for Communication, Culture, and Entertainment.

    Writer, screenwriter, actor, trainer & gelotologist (laughter therapist)

    Leonardo Spina is a writer, screenwriter, actor, trainer, and gelotologist (laughter therapist). After studying Political Science and Literature, he worked with Dario Fo and trained at the screenwriting school of Age and Ettore Scola. In 1989, together with his wife Sonia Fioravanti, he introduced Gelotology — laughter therapy — to Italy. Since then, he has trained clown doctors and healthcare professionals, bringing the power of laughter even into war zones such as Afghanistan. He is the author of numerous books and one of the protagonists of the documentary "Clownin' Kabul," presented at the Venice Film Festival.

Born in Sicily with focomelia, she has turned the challenges and prejudices she faced since childhood into a strength she now shares with others. Through social media and bodybuilding, she shares her everyday life and passions, promoting inclusion, self-acceptance, and freedom from stereotypes. Her message is simple: disability does not define a person and should not limit their life.
