Adi Pocha
Founder/Director of Squirkle Productions
Adi Pocha is a writer, filmmaker, and creative professional with over four decades of experience in advertising, communication, and entertainment. He has led his own venture, Script Shop, and currently heads Squirkle Productions. Over the years, he has served as Creative Director at Lintas and worked as a Director with UTV. Adi is also the author of the fiction novel Behram’s Boat. Beyond film and advertising, he explores storytelling through his podcast Fellowship of Lost Creative Souls and a weekly blog, where he reflects on creativity, culture, and the evolving media landscape.
Anuja Randery
Student at JNIS
Anuja Randery is a Grade 12 IBDP student at JNIS driven by a deep curiosity for STEM, culture, and music. A dedicated musician, she has performed in over 30 events in the past year. Alongside her artistic pursuits, Anuja has contributed over 100 hours to volunteer science education. She co-founded her school’s Online SWAYAM Club, which supports students in Lakhania village through virtual learning initiatives. Passionate about meaningful impact, Anuja explores how hustle culture and optimization shape young people’s perceptions of success, effort, and balance in today’s fast-paced world.
Fiona Fernandez
Associate Editor at Mid-day
Fiona Fernandez is the Associate Editor at Mid-day, Mumbai, and a prominent voice in documenting the city’s urban history and heritage. Through her widely read column Bombaynama, she offers thoughtful insights into Mumbai’s evolving cultural landscape. Fiona is also the author of Bombay Meri Jaan and Ten Heritage Walks of Mumbai. Extending her work beyond writing, she curates and leads intimate heritage walks across the city, bringing attention to both iconic landmarks and lesser-known sites, and fostering a deeper public engagement with Mumbai’s rich historical fabric.
Khushie Mandhana
Student at JNIS
Khushie Mandhana bridges science, storytelling, and social impact in her multifaceted work. A Kathak dancer of 15 years and host of the podcast Insights with Khushie, she explores mental health in older adults with empathy and depth. Recognized as a Times of India Student of the Year, she actively advocates for women’s health through initiatives with NGOs such as Prayas and Marham. With research publications on breast cancer and mitochondrial DNA, alongside achievements in the performing arts, Khushie represents a generation committed to innovation, compassion, and challenging how beliefs shape our health and decisions.
