• Anish srivastava

  Dean Corporate Relations & Advancement

  Anish Srivastava is Dean – Corporate Relations & Advancement at KPRIT, Hyderabad, with over 24 years of experience across industry, academia, talent acquisition, training and corporate relations. He has spent his career building industry–academia connections and empowering young professionals for the evolving world of work. A researcher and published author, his areas of interest include leadership, employee engagement and workforce analytics. He holds an MBA in Sales & Marketing and is currently pursuing a PhD in Management from Kalinga University.

• Anurag Saini

  Ultra-Marathon Runner & World-Record Holder

  Anurag Saini is a wealth management professional with close to two decades of experience in banking and financial services, currently working as a Partner with W by Groww. Beyond his corporate career, he is an ultra-marathon runner and multiple world-record holder, popularly known as the “Corporate Runner.” His endurance journey includes 30 marathons in 30 consecutive days, 100 consecutive half marathons, 174.5 km on a treadmill in 24 hours, and a 428 km journey from Leh to Manali on foot. In 2025, he earned a Guinness World Records title through an ultramarathon completed at an average altitude of 4,961 metres.

• Dr. Rajender Ramagiri

  Lifestyle Physician

  Dr. Rajender Ramagiri is a Lifestyle Physician, healthcare entrepreneur, and the founder of Dr. Rajender’s Lifestyle Clinic, Hyderabad, where he works at the intersection of medicine, lifestyle, technology, and preventive healthcare. Coming from a remote background in Asifabad, Dr. Rajender built his journey from humble beginnings to establishing a multi-crore healthcare enterprise that has created employment opportunities for more than 30 professionals and serves patients with lifestyle-related conditions including diabetes, obesity, hypertension, dyslipidemia, fatty liver, and PCOD. He holds an MBBS from SV Medical College, Tirupati, a Master’s in Emergency Medicine from CARE Hospital, and a Fellowship in Critical Care (FCCS) from the USA. He is also certified in Plant-Based Nutrition from eCornell University, USA, and is associated with the field of Lifestyle Medicine through the Indian Society of Lifestyle Medicine, affiliated with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.

• Madhavi Adimulam

  Autism Advocate

  Madhavi is an Autism Specialist and Early Interventionist with extensive experience supporting children with developmental differences and their families. Her work focuses on understanding children beyond labels and behaviours, and creating meaningful opportunities for communication, participation, learning and independence. She has worked closely with children, parents and multidisciplinary teams, advocating for respectful approaches, evidence-informed and centred around the individual child. Madhavi is particularly passionate about helping families and professionals move from trying to change children to understanding what children are communicating and what they need to thrive. Her work is grounded in compassion, inclusion and the belief that every child deserves to be understood.

• Pramod Paul

  Content Creator

  Pramod Paul is a Bengaluru-based content creator from Kolar, Karnataka, who transitioned from a career in wealth management and fintech research into full-time content creation. Starting his journey in late 2024, he quickly gained recognition for relatable, character-driven comedy and original formats such as “Chindi Salary,” HR Priya, and Telugu Mom. His content has been featured by India Today and his music-led comedy has become widely popular across the Telugu states. In 2026, he made the unconventional decision to leave his corporate job and pursue content creation full-time. Today, he has built a community of 340,000+ followers and has worked with major brands including Netflix, Flipkart, Coca-Cola, ChatGPT, Uber, Indeed, and Naukri, while also exploring writing and production.

• Prashanthi Naidu Tripurana

  Assistant Vice President - Synchrony

  Prashanthi began her career in September 2001 as a Process Associate, stepping into the professional world with no roadmap, just a willingness to learn and grow. Over the years, her journey took her through operations, controls, and leadership, with each role shaping her understanding of discipline, resilience, and meaningful impact. She has led large teams, strengthened compliance, and driven changes that made processes simpler, smarter, and more effective. Today, as a Product Owner leading three impactful teams in Technology, she brings together strategy, agility, and execution to create meaningful outcomes. What makes Prashanthi’s journey particularly inspiring is her belief that growth begins with staying curious, staying committed, and continuously building towards the future, one step at a time.

  Dr. S. Sreenath Kashyap is an academic leader, researcher, and Principal at KPRIT College of Engineering , Hyderabad. He holds a Post Doctoral Degree from the University of South Florida, USA and MBA from IIM Kashipur, also a PhD in Electronics and Communication Engineering. His research spans AI, VLSI, Microwave Engineering, Antennas, and sensor technologies, with numerous publications, patents, and authored books. As a PhD supervisor, speaker, and educator, he champions interdisciplinary, industry-relevant learning and innovative teaching practices. He believes that education shapes minds that ultimately shape the world, and that young minds should be empowered to think, design, and create what comes next.
