With her background as a best graduate and got 4.00 GPA, Andrea Novita has been included in The Discover List 2026, a global recognition of 50 creators from around the world who are considered worthy of attention and have made a real impact in the Educators category. A remarkable achievements where she proved that her pure ideas will bloom in this fast paced world.

• Kanira Jahrani Ranggadewani

  International Law Enthusiast Student

  Kanira Jahrani Ranggadewani is the winner of TEDxUNS 5.0 Student Speaker 2026. As a first-year law student at Universitas Sebelas Maret, she continues to grow through her passion for reading, English competitions, and public speaking. Her role as Staff of International Law Development at the International Law Student Association (ILSA), along with her involvement as a staff member of BEM FH UNS Pengarusutamaan Gender, reflects her interest in inclusivity, awareness, and meaningful community discussions. Through her achievements in speech competitions, including 1st Winner of EEMC 2022, 2nd Winner of AYEC 2024, and 3rd Winner of XTENTION 2024, Kanira has developed confidence in expressing ideas and connecting with audiences. As someone who values reflection, empathy, and growth, she hopes to inspire young people to embrace their own journey beyond validation and comparison.

• R.Ay. Febri Hapsari Dipokusumo

  Director of Hapsari PRCC & FHD Motivation

  RAy. Febri Hapsari Dipokusumo is a founder of FHD Motivation who focuses on nurturing inner beauty and character through the integration of traditional Javanese values and modern personal development. She dedicatedly promotes a philosophy of self-readiness that feels like a grounding anchor, blending the wisdom of the Surakarta Royal Family with contemporary social activism. As a motivator and community leader, she seeks to empower others by harmonizing ancestral heritage with the demands of the digital age, ensuring that identity remains authentic and rooted. She also has been invited as a speaker in various prestigious forums to advocate for humanitarian and social issue. Through her ideas on character training, she has touched hearts and minds, guiding the community toward a more reflective, balanced, and empowered society.

• Wiliam Reynold

  Founder Urun Daya Kota

  Wiliam Reynold is the Founder of Urun Daya Kota Foundation, as well as the Executive Director of +Jakarta, a government-backed collaborative platform under DKI Jakarta Province built on the spirit of bringing people together. His journey with +Jakarta spans over four years, beginning as an Editorial member and Event Strategist before rising to lead the organization as its Executive Director, a testament to how deeply he has poured his soul into building the platform from within. He pursued a Master's degree in Urban Development Studies at the School of Strategic and Global Studies, Universitas Indonesia, and previously served as a Policy Analyst at the Governor's Delivery Unit of Jakarta City Government, where he focused on the prevention of Violence Against Women and Children as well as Urban Tourism issues, while also contributing to the early development of +Jakarta. He firmly believes that collaboration is the key to an ideal city.
