TEDxLLIS Youth is entering its second round. Following our launch in 2025 (‘Ideas Connect’), we are once again giving young voices a platform – this time under the theme "Care. Create. Connect. Ideas in Action", inspired by our school values of Care, Create, Connect. At the Lënster Lycée International School in Junglinster, students spend the year training in the TED-Ed/TEDx Club, learning how to turn a personal observation into a clearly structured, responsibly researched idea. They are accompanied by Dirk Daenen, Curator & Licensee of TEDxLuxembourgCity. Five selected talks are planned. As an Accredited European School, LLIS combines the Luxembourg state education system with the curriculum of the European Schools – in three language sections (EN/DE/FR) and with Luxembourgish as part of everyday life. Look forward to an evening full of curiosity, courage and genuine connection.

  • Anna & Sofia Stefanova

    Sofia and Anna are 17-year-old twins from Ukraine. They currently study in Luxembourg. Curious about life and society from a young age, they have experienced many funny and thought-provoking moments as twins... stories they would love to share with you.

  • Ella Hurst

    Ella is a student at Lenster Lycée, passionate about understanding the social issues shaping her generation. Through personal experiences and honest conversations, she explores topics such as identity, gender equality, and the pressures young people face in a rapidly changing world.

  • Katherine Christie

    Katherine Christie is a sixteen- year old high school student, passionate about discussing with her peers on the addictive nature of social media. The youngest of three kids, Kate is a student at Lenster Lycee international school in Luxembourg.

  • Luca Cebotari

    My name is Luca Cebotari, and I was born and raised in Luxembourg. I live with my parents, Denisa Sologon and Victor Cebotari, and my younger brother, Filip. I am a student at Lënster Lycée in Junglinster. I enjoy learning new things, playing chess, playing guitar and spending time with my family and friends.

  • Yelizavieta Yushkova

    Liza is an 18 year old student from Ukraine, currently studying at a lycée in Luxembourg. She is passionate about both the sciences and the arts.
