  Strength&Conditioning coach, one of the founders U7M sports community, IceMan (more than 3k days in a row of ice bath), lecturer, TV and Podcast host, father of 3, 18 years of marriage, former basketball player.

• Irving Lopez

  I hold a law degree from Mexico and a Master’s in International Law from Vilnius University. I currently live and work in Lithuania in the legal area of an international company. I spent around 10 years as a professional football player in Mexico, an experience that taught me the value of discipline and how automatic thinking shapes split-second decisions.

• Laura Milčienė

  I am a psychologist-psychotherapist and the CEO of the public organization "Gelbėkit vaikus". The organization places strong emphasis on ensuring that children’s voices are heard, strengthening their psychological resilience in communities and within the education system, and supporting the most vulnerable children and their families.
