Laziza Makhamova
Laziza Makhkamova is 15 years old and a school student with a strong interest in psychology, chess, and the humanities. This is her third TED Talk, where she spoke on the topic “But You Have Everything — And I Still Was Drowning.” In her talk, Laziza addresses an important and often overlooked issue: the fear or shame of speaking about personal struggles because others believe that “if you have everything, you don’t have the right to feel down.” Through her talk, she aims to encourage people to be more open about their emotions and remind them that emotional pain is valid, even when someone’s life appears perfect from the outside.
Malika Bobokhujayeva
Malika Bobokhujaeva is a multilingual speaker, IELTS instructor, and education advocate passionate about languages, communication, and the psychology of learning. Having achieved an IELTS Band 8.0, she speaks Uzbek, English, Russian, Tajik, and Turkish, with additional knowledge of Arabic and Korean.
Mekhribon Boltaeva
Mekhribon Boltaeva is a gymnast and social media content creator who makes empowering content. She discovered that understanding the inner game of subconscious was the key for performing her best - in the gym and beyond. In her TEDx talk, "The Power of Subconscious: How to Brainwash Yourself for Success," she breaks down how belief formation and mental reprogramming shape what we're capable of, sharing the same principles that took her from self-doubt to national recognition.
Nafisa Koldosheva
Nafisa Koldosheva is an International Finance student at Coventry University. Alongside her studies, she teaches English and is passionate about education and cross-cultural communication. She has a strong interest in learning languages, history, and international relations. Nafisa was a finalist in the AYFN Academy Korean Culture Camp program, where she further developed her appreciation for cultural exchange and global collaboration. As a polyglot, she speaks English, Russian, Uzbek, Turkish, and is currently learning Japanese. She enjoys connecting with people from different backgrounds, exploring diverse cultures, and continuously expanding her knowledge through international experiences.
Niranjan Dev Bharadwaj
Niranjan Dev Bharadwaj is an internationally recognized environmentalist, climate expert, author, and TEDx speaker. He holds a Master's degree in Climate Change from the United Nations–mandated University for Peace in Costa Rica and has represented India on international platforms, including the European Parliament. In his talk, "A to Z of Climate Action: 26 Habits to Sustain Earth's Future," he presents simple, practical habits—from A for Air Dry Clothes to Z for Zero Waste—showing how small daily actions can help protect the planet and inspire everyone to take part in climate action.
Saltanat Sevinchova
Saltanat Sevinchova is a high school student, youth leader, and education advocate from Uzbekistan. Growing up in a rural community inspired her commitment to expanding access to education and empowering young people to pursue opportunities regardless of their circumstances. She serves as the President of her school's Student Council and is passionate about international relations, public speaking, and youth leadership. Saltanat is the recipient of multiple international scholarships and academic awards, including the Lumiere Scholars Excellence Essay Award and the Harvard Crimson Summer Journalism Academy Scholarship. She is also a Telluride Association finalist and a finalist for the Arkadash International Camp. Through international educational programs, leadership initiatives, and public speaking, she hopes to inspire others to create opportunities rather than wait for them. She believes that talent is everywhere—but opportunity is not.
Shamsikamar Sharipova
Shamsikamar Sharipova is an educator, researcher, and education activist from Uzbekistan. She is an assistant professor, a member of the Writers' Union of Uzbekistan, and an alumna of the Lucerne Summer University: Ethics in a Global Context (LSUE 2026). Passionate about leadership, lifelong learning, and meaningful human connections, she is committed to empowering others through education and mentorship. She is the recipient of the Open Doors Russian Scholarship Project by the Global Universities Association, a finalist of the Peter Drucker Challenge 2025 in the Manager/Entrepreneur category, and a recipient of all-access Harvard Business Review. She was awarded a Letter of Appreciation by the Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan at the age of 15 and became a Hakim Scholarship holder in the Bukhara region at the age of 14. Through her work, she advocates for authentic leadership and believes that meaningful networking begins with curiosity, generosity, and genuine human connection—not with collecting business cards.
Yana Petrova
Petrova Yana is a 14 years old student with a passion for languages, sports, arts, and teaching. She is an English Olympiad winner, a Leader at her school/Capitan in her volleyball team, and a participant in the 5th World Strategists Summit. Despite her young age, Yana teaches how to stop being afraid of other people's opinions through her speech. She hopes to encourage young people to challenge themselves, embrace new opportunities, and never stop growing.
