• Anush Aslanyan

  Co-founder of the NGO “Equal Rights, Equal Opportunities”

  Anush Aslanyan is the Co-founder of the NGO “Equal Rights, Equal Opportunities” and the social enterprise “EREOstyle.” Her initiatives are aimed at empowering people with disabilities and creating inclusive employment opportunities. In 2019, she launched the “EREOstyle” initiative, which produces souvenirs while creating job opportunities for people with disabilities. She also founded the YouTube channel “The Philosophy of Disability with Anush Aslanyan,” where disability-related topics are discussed in an honest, positive, and often humorous format. Anush has participated in several international leadership programs, including the Women’s Institute on Leadership and Disability (WILD) organized by Mobility International USA, the Swedish Institute Leadership Lab, and the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) of the U.S. Department of State.

• Rustam Bakoyan

  Member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia

  Rustam Bakoyan is a Member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, representing the “Civil Contract” faction and serving as Acting Chair of the Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs. Re-elected to Parliament in 2021, he continues to work on issues related to human rights, public affairs, and civic engagement. Mr. Bakoyan studied at Kh. Abovyan Armenian State Pedagogical University, specializing in history and geography, and later earned a master’s degree in Iranian Studies at Yerevan State University. His professional path has included roles in research, education, media, and public service. Alongside his parliamentary work Mr. Bakoyan has long been active in community initiatives. He is the founder of the Armenian-Yezidi humanitarian NGO “Shams”, through which he has supported youth engagement and humanitarian efforts.

• Srbuhi Galyan

  Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia

  Srbuhi Galyan has been the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia since 2024. Her career has been built at the intersection of law, public service, and implementing institutional reforms. Before assuming her current role, she served as Deputy Prosecutor General responsible for coordinating the functions related to the confiscation of illicitly obtained property. Earlier, she held the position of Deputy Minister of Justice and worked in several leadership roles at the Special Investigation Service of Armenia. Alongside her positions, Srbuhi Galyan lectures at the Faculty of Law of Yerevan State University. Her teaching experience also includes the Academy of Justice, the State Revenue Committee’s training center and the Educational Complex of the Police of Armenia. She’s the author of four academic articles and co-author of an educational manual.

• Tomasz Ostropolski

  Deputy Head of the Political, Press and Information Section at the EU Delegation to Armenia

  Tomasz Ostropolski (Ph.D.) is the Deputy Head of the Political, Press and Information Section at the EU Delegation to Armenia, where he also serves as a focal point for human rights. He has held positions at the EU Delegation to Ukraine and the European Commission in Brussels. He began his career at the Polish Ministry of Justice, where he later led the EU division, specializing in EU law negotiations and implementation. Mr. Ostropolski holds degrees in law and international relations from the University of Lodz in Poland and has also studied at the University of Oxford and Utrecht University in the Netherlands. He is the author of numerous publications on EU and international law, including work on the EU Area of Freedom, Security and Justice, and has lectured at Polish and international schools of administration and judiciary.

• Ulikhanyan Sisters

  Armenian Musical Duo

  Viktoria Ulikhanyan, a violinist and composer, and Lyana Ulikhanyan, a cellist, are young musicians making their mark on international stages, from early performances with leading orchestras to winning major international competitions. Viktoria has performed across Europe and Armenia and continues to develop her voice as both a performer and composer, with her original works performed by orchestras such as the Armenian State Philharmonic Orchestra, and recognized at competitions like the Geneva Junior Music Competition. Lyana, a multiple international prize-winner, has appeared with orchestras around the world, including the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra and Sinfonietta Riga, and is known for blending classical technique with contemporary expression.
