Her interests include reading,music and dance, through which she continues to discover new perspectives and challenge herself to grow. Inspired by people who turn compassion into action,Aadya believes eves that kindness, empathy, and courage are powerful threads that connect humanity. She hopes to use her voice to encourage others to look beyond their own lives and recognise the difference that small acts of kindness can make.   Aakriti is a bright and confident Class 8 student with a passion for dance, elocution, and reading books. She enjoys expressing her thoughts, exploring new ideas, and discovering the joy of learning.   Aayushi is a Class 10 student who finds inspiration in stories, people and the little moments that make life meaningful. With interests ranging from music, movies, reading, writing and travelling to simply listening to and helping others, she naturally enjoys understanding different perspectives and experiences. Aayushi hopes to lead a life filled with meaningful connections, loving memories, and helping people around her feel valued and safe. Drawn to psychology, philosophy and the ways people think, feel, and connect, she hopes to one day make life a little easier and happier for others, ensuring that no one feels they have to face it alone. Guided by empathy, Aayushi hopes to encourage others to be kinder, to look beyond first impressions, and listen before they judge. Her TEDx talk, “The Human Need To Be Seen,” explores why being truly understood matters to all of us, a belief she holds close to her life.

• ABHILIPSA SAMAL

  Abhilipsa Samal is a Class XI Humanities student who finds her voice through creativity. She is passionate about writing, dancing, and painting—three different forms of expression that allow her to turn thoughts, emotions, and ideas into something tangible. Writing is where she puts her thoughts into words, often exploring emotions and experiences that are difficult to say aloud. Dancing gives her a completely different language—one where feelings can be expressed without words. Painting, meanwhile, lets her bring her imagination to life through colours and shapes. Beyond these creative pursuits, Abhilipsa is someone who enjoys trying new things, learning through experiences, and stepping outside her comfort zone. Her curiosity about people and the world around her has drawn her towards Humanities and towards ideas centred on humanity, connection, empathy, and unity. Her TEDx journey is another new experience she has chosen to embrace—bringing together her love for expression and her belief in an idea that she hopes will leave people with something to think about.

  Adweta Saxena is a Grade 7 student who loves to think about new concepts, express her opinions, and view the world through different lenses. Adweta continues to have an avid love for public speaking and writing; she often writes poems and speeches simply because she enjoys shaping ideas through writing. Also, she enjoys making origami and crafting things from paper since one can make beautiful things from ordinary objects. Adweta is greatly inspired by stories that explore the intricacies of human emotions, and such a book is "A Monster Calls" by Patrick Ness. Adweta respects empathy, trust, understanding, and the courage to challenge the obvious. Through her TEDx talk, “The Interwoven Us of Human Dignity", she wishes to take her audience on a journey of questioning, reflection, and discovery, encouraging them to find connections between individuals, respect their diversity, and choose understanding over division.

  Adyasha Rath is a dedicated 12-year-old student in Class 7 with a deep passion for painting, crafting, and language learning. Endlessly curious and creative, Adyasha loves using visual arts, creative writing, and literature to explore new ideas, express unique perspectives, and connect with the world around her. Adyasha balances her academic dedication with hands-on artistic projects, school debate, and a love for discovering new languages. Deeply inspired by the constant support and encouragement of her friends, teachers, and family members, Adyasha is guided by strong core values of empathy, inclusion, and everyday kindness.   Anchit Tripathy is a Class 11 Science student with a keen interest in exploring, experimenting, and learning in his own way. He enjoys trying new things and approaching challenges with curiosity and creativity. A quick learner, he has interests in writing and running, and has participated in Model United Nations conferences and marathons, which have helped him grow both academically and personally. He is motivated by self-improvement and the desire to become a better version of himself each day. Anchit believes in continuous growth and in the value of integrity never taking what is not rightfully his. He aspires to live freely, without self-imposed limitations, and to encourage others to learn, grow, and pursue their own path with sincerity.

• ANISHKA PATRA

  Anishka Patra is a 12-year-old Class 7 student whose curiosity, creativity, and confidence shape the way she sees the world. She has a keen interest in science, literature, poetry, and travelling, and loves discovering new ideas and perspectives. A natural speaker and an enthusiastic communicator, Anishka enjoys expressing her thoughts through speeches and believes that the right words can spark curiosity, challenge perspectives, and inspire change. Beyond academics, Anishka is someone who loves to explore, question, and understand the world around her. She is particularly drawn to subjects that connect knowledge with real-life issues and enjoys turning her observations into ideas that can make people think. Anishka strongly believes in empathy, kindness, and compassion. Her passion for giving a voice to those who cannot speak for themselves has led her to focus her TEDx talk on the suffering of animals, especially stray animals, and the responsibility humans have towards them.   Anwesha is an inmate from class 7, who tries to do every work with Meraki and full enthusiasm. She is filled with rhapsody when it comes to painting, playing basketball or football. She is a vivid painter. She recently participated in the inter school Sahodaya Hindi essay competition and achieved the second place. She is an outspoken person who thinks if you want to change the world, then first change yourself. She loves reading books, listening to music and staying updated with current affairs. She has won several gold medals in SOF Olympiads and very much hardworking to achieve any goal. She is a raconteur who can amuse you when she reads any story books. She thinks helping others, sympathy and kindness makes the world a better place.

• ASHMITA DAS

  Ashmita is an expressive 13-year-old student studying in eighth grade who is a devoted reader and a fantastic storyteller with a deep love for the creative arts. She enjoys expressing powerful ideas and opinions—whether through the rhythm of dance, engaging speeches, or narrative writing. Ashmita loves observing the world around her and learning valuable lessons from daily life to implement in her own journey. While holding on to the belief that true growth comes from staying connected to our roots, she also recognizes the beauty in life's imperfections. Through her TEDx talk, Ashmita aspires to inspire others to embrace their heritage, derive meaningful conclusions from life, and find joy in imperfect things.

  Ayushman Khuntia is a bright, passionate, and intellectually curious Class VIII student with a deep interest in Mathematics and Science.   Jagyanseni Rath, a curious Grade 7 student and is a talented individual who excels in singing, dancing, and painting. An good public speaker and award-winning performer, she loves using her natural curiosity and creativity to connect with people. Inspired by the theme "Threads of Humanity," Jagyanseni’s talk, "Technology Sociolinguistics: The Digital Campfire," shows how modern communication brings us closer together. She believes that digital spaces act like cozy campfires. To her, the creative way we text and chat proves that our shared human bond is actually stronger than ever. Instead of seeing screens as things that divide us, Jagyanseni views the digital world as a powerful tool for friendship. Through her presentation, she aspires to inspire others to use technology to spread kindness, showing everyone how digital spaces can beautifully strengthen the threads that join us all.

Ridhima has represented her school in Sahodaya Kho-Kho for two years and has also participated in CBSE Cluster Athletics and Sahodaya Basketball, experiences that have strengthened her discipline, teamwork, and determination.   Shreyansh Sahoo is a class 7 student with many interests including coding, 3D modeling, game development, science and technology and much more! He likes to build things and likes to work on new ideas. He likes the process of figuring things out, and even the failures. He is motivated to gain knowledge by trying things out. He is a believer in the idea that we all have different interests and that finding out what you genuinely enjoy is important. He also wants to continue this journey of his and along with discovering new things he wishes for others to be able to figure out what they enjoy and to not compare themselves to everyone else.
