  • Affan Alam

    Medical student

    Affan Alam is a medical student with a keen interest in mental health and human behavior. He is passionate about understanding mental health conditions like ADHD. Moving abroad for his studies was a turning point that helped him better understand focus, challenges, and self-growth. In his TEDxIIAU talk, “ADHD: From Foe to Blessing” he will share how ADHD can be reframed as a strength rather than a limitation. This talk matters because it helps the audience see differences not as weaknesses, but as unique advantages.

  • Dilorom G'ulomjonova

    International relations student

    Dilorom Gulomjonova studies International Relations at University of world economy and diplomacy. She is passionate about international affairs, negotiations, and public speaking. A few years ago, she had no public speaking skills. Then she discovered Model United Nations (MUN) and debate simulations, where she could develop and practice these abilities. Because of this journey, she decided to build a career where she can influence people through her words and contribute to her community. Her next step toward this goal is TEDxIIAU, where she will speak about “Youth Engagement in Digital Diplomacy”. She aims to ensure that her speech persuades the audience to make an impact on the development of Uzbekistan’s diplomacy by using digital media tools.

    Student

    Jahona Umaraliyeva is a freshman at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy with a strong interest in global economics, research and human potential. Her work focuses on understanding mental performance and helping others rethink how they live and work.

    Eco Activist

    Urikguli (Mo’tabar Xushvaqtova) is a well-known eco-activist in Uzbekistan who challenges conventional thinking around waste, responsibility, and sustainability. Through her work she raises awareness about everyday environmental habits and inspires individuals to adopt more conscious and accountable lifestyles.
