At this year’s TEDx event, we gather speakers who have launched their own silent revolutions — facing challenges, walking difficult paths, and shaping their lives with determination. Our aim is to highlight these quiet yet powerful stories, spark new ideas, and perhaps inspire you to begin your own silent revolution. Join us on this journey where small steps lead to meaningful change.

  • Ebru Baybara Demir

    Chef & Social Entrepreneur

    Ebru Baybara Demir is an internationally recognized Turkish chef and social entrepreneur known for transforming gastronomy into a tool for social impact. She is the winner of the Basque Culinary World Prize 2023 and was named a “World Food Hero” by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization in 2024. After moving to Mardin in 1999, she founded Cercis Murat Konağı with local women, helping revive the city’s culinary identity. For more than 20 years, she has led projects focused on sustainable agriculture, women’s empowerment, refugee integration, and zero-waste initiatives. Through her work, Baybara continues to connect food, culture, and social transformation on a global scale.

  • Ender Uslu

    General Manager of Infront Turkey

    Ender Uslu is a business executive and sports marketing leader who combines strategic leadership with a lifelong passion for sports. A graduate of Tarsus American College, where he played on the nationally ranked basketball team, he later earned degrees from Istanbul University and Istanbul Technical University. After leading major sponsorship projects at companies such as Aria, Avea, and Vodafone, Uslu became the General Manager of Infront Turkey. He also serves on the FIBA Marketing Board and leads marketing and communication strategies for the Turkish Basketball and Volleyball Federations. His work reflects the intersection of leadership, sports, and long-term vision.

  • Ezgi Köse

    Content Creator, Brand Founder

    Ezgi Köse is an entrepreneur, brand founder, and content creator with a background in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Her early career in the UK shaped her user-focused and systems-driven approach to innovation and brand building. She is the founder of Peppythings, a lifestyle brand that redefines everyday habits through functional design. The brand has built a strong community, expanded into select retail locations, and collaborated with major companies. Through her platforms Peppycooky and Peppyspace, Köse creates experiences that combine healthy living, creativity, and community. Her work focuses on sustainability, supporting local producers, and making daily life more conscious and inspiring.

  • İhsan Erbil Bayçöl

    CEO of Enerjisa Üretim

    İhsan Erbil Bayçöl is a business leader in the energy sector with extensive experience in corporate and digital transformation. Since 2020, he has served as CEO of Enerjisa Üretim while also holding leadership roles at Enerjisa Enerji, YASED, and Sabancı Holding. A graduate of Boğaziçi University and Sabancı University, Bayçöl has built his career around strategy, operations, and organizational transformation since joining Enerjisa in 2008. Beyond his professional work, he is passionate about cycling, team sports, and leadership development, combining analytical thinking with a people-oriented approach to management.

  • Nasuh Mahruki

    Professional Mountaineer, Author, Photographer, and Motivational Speake

    Nasuh Mahruki is a professional mountaineer, author, photographer, and motivational speaker best known as the first Turkish climber to summit Mount Everest and one of the youngest people in the world to complete the Seven Summits challenge. He also earned the prestigious Snow Leopard title after climbing all five peaks above 7,000 meters in former Soviet Asia. Beyond mountaineering, Mahruki has led expeditions across Asia and Europe while delivering seminars on leadership, teamwork, discipline, and risk management. He is also one of the founders and former president of AKUT Search and Rescue Association, one of Türkiye’s leading rescue organizations, recognized for its humanitarian and social impact work.

  • Tibet Ağırtan

    Musician

    Tibet Ağırtan is a musician and software professional known for his contributions to Turkey’s rock music scene in the 1980s and 1990s as the lead vocalist of Mavi Sakal. Alongside his music career, he pursued studies in engineering, electronics, and software development at Boğaziçi University and Victoria University in Australia. Living in Australia for a decade, he expanded his experience in both music and technology. After returning to Turkey, he worked on large-scale software, data management, and business intelligence projects. Today, Ağırtan continues to bridge creativity and technology through both music and software.

Organizing team
