• Alessandra Sensini

  Alessandra Sensini, pluricampionessa olimpionica di windsurf, è stata vicepresidente del CONI dal 2017 al 2020, Dal 2013 è direttore tecnico Giovanile e Vicedirettore tecnico della Nazionale della Federazione Italiana Vela. Ha preso parte a sei edizioni delle Olimpiadi, vincendo la Medaglia d’Oro nel 2000 (Sidney), quella d’Argento nel 2008 a Pechino e due Medaglie di Bronzo nel 1996 (Atlanta) e nel 2004 (Atene). Nel suo palmares anche 10 titoli mondiali, 5 europei, due titoli ai Giochi del Mediterraneo, una World Cup del circuito professionistico Windsurf e 23 campionati italiani. Nel 2000 e nel 2004 le è stato conferito il Collare d’Oro del CONI, la massima onorificenza sportiva italiana e nel 2006 il Diploma d’Onore. Prima donna nella storia ad aver vinto quattro medaglie Olimpiche, nel 2008 è stata insignita del premio internazionale ISAF Rolex World Sailor of the Year.

  Emilia is a physicist turned innovation leader and entrepreneur who has built her career at the intersection of technology, business, and sustainability. After working in research and engineering at the multinational Prysmian Group, she transitioned into innovation strategy and venture building. Over the past eight years, Emilia has co-founded several startups through the Milan-based innovation accelerator Corporate Hangar and now serves as CEO of Cultifutura. Her mission is to use technology as a force for good, to design innovations that improve life in urban environments while respecting the natural world. At Cultifutura, she and her team believe that the simple act of growing your own food can transform how we think about sustainability, wellbeing, and our relationship with nature.

• Giorgio Cassetta

  Yacht Designer

  Giorgio M. Cassetta is a leading yacht designer known for merging aesthetics, engineering, and human experience. Born in Rome, he founded his studio in 2015, now a 17-person team with over 75 projects worldwide, ranging from 8 to 108 meters. His portfolio includes collaborations with Benetti, Tankoa, Ocean Alexander, and Cantiere delle Marche, with iconic yachts such as Spectre, Luminosity and the Tankoa T450. Cassetta’s approach is rooted in the idea that yacht design is not just about luxury, but about time and meaningful experiences. He combines innovation with craftsmanship, working closely with artisans and selecting durable, responsible materials. A strong advocate of ethics and sustainability, he is also active as a lecturer and mentor. Today, with over 30 projects in development, his work continues to define a refined, human-centered vision of yachting.

  Hospitality leader

  Palmiro Noschese is a hospitality leader with over 40 years of international experience, having held top roles at Jolly Hotels, Touring Club Italiano, and Villa D’Este. As the former Managing Director Italy for Meliá Hotels International, he specialized in high-level strategic management. Today, he serves as an Associate Partner at yourCEO and Senior Advisor for Generali Real Estate (GRE). Noschese chairs the Tourism & F&B section of Confassociazioni and is a practice leader at CEO for Life, where he actively advocates sustainable tourism and ESG/CSR practices. His career is defined by his ability to bridge real estate, investment funds, and hotel groups to develop innovative hospitality concepts, leveraging deep expertise in asset management and finance. His social commitment is highlighted by co-founding the "Tourism awards" and authoring "The Secrets of Hospitality," with proceeds supporting the Value Able project for social inclusion.

  Viola Palescandolo is a former naval engineer turned entrepreneur, equestrian show jumper, and founder of Black Platinum Gold and Horse Riders Hub. Born in Naples, she developed an early passion for travel and cultural exploration, later living in cities such as Amsterdam, London, São Paulo, Verona, and Milan. Her background in naval engineering and expertise in luxury superyachts shaped her deep understanding of high-end travel and innovation. She founded Black Platinum Gold, through which the BPG Ark project supports animal welfare causes. Alongside her ventures, she remains deeply connected to the equestrian world through show jumping and Horse Riders Hub. Passionate about sustainable and meaningful travel, she continues to inspire through her global perspective.
