Catarina Aranovich
A Nutrition student at PUCRS, she completed a sandwich program at Orange Coast College in California. She currently works as a Scientific Initiation researcher in Nutrition at Santa Casa Hospital in Porto Alegre. Catarina is the co-founder and host of the podcast Nutri Conhecimento, available on Spotify, where she discusses relevant nutrition topics with both lightness and depth, alongside her partner Julia Mendes. She also creates content on TikTok and Instagram, sharing her journey of recovery from an eating disorder, her experiences with restrictive diets, and her reflections on building a healthy relationship with food and her body. With a welcoming and authentic communication style, her goal is to make her platforms a safe space of support and hope for people facing eating disorders, promoting information, empathy, and body positivity
Charlie Pettitt
Charles Pettitt is an international educator from the UK with ten years of teaching experience across five countries. He is passionate about working with students from diverse backgrounds and fostering global citizenship in the classroom. He holds an LLB in Law and French from Cardiff University, a PGCE from the UCL Institute of Education, and a Master’s degree in Special Education from Framingham State University. He currently teaches high school Research, Seminar, and Social Studies at the Pan American School of Porto Alegre.
Diego Burger
Diego Burger is a Happiness Specialist with an M.S. in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. He holds a Psychology degree from Naropa University, a leading institution in mindfulness education, and was the only Brazilian to spend a semester studying in Bhutan at the Royal University of Bhutan, where he researched public policies for well-being, with articles published through the United Nations and the European Union. He teaches at Fundação Dom Cabral and StartSe. He works as a therapist, organizational consultant, and speaker, partnering with leaders and organizations to strengthen culture and improve performance and well-being.
Enzo Agostini
Enzo Agostini is a senior at the Pan American School of Porto Alegre. He's the president of the school's Model United Nations, National Honor Society, and Band clubs as well as the current Under-Secretary-General of Portuguese Committees for the nation's largest MUN conference, BRAMUN. He's just been accepted to the Undergraduate Class of 2030 at the University of Pennsylvania, aiming to pursue a major in psychology with a minor in neuroscience.
Joana Bittencourt
Joana Bittencourt is a Pan American Student in Grade 11. She is the founder of The Period Project, which has worked on destigmatizing menstruation, educating the community on menstrual health, and donating hygiene products to underprivileged communities. Since 2023, the project has donated over 10,000 products to several organizations. She has been part of Projeto Arroz com Feijão for 3 years, donating several tons of food to vulnerable citizens. Additionally, Joana is an active leader in Model United Nations, holding leadership roles in several conferences.
Wilma Araujo Santos
Wilma nasceu em Minas Gerais em 1932.Aos quinze anos foi morar em São Paulo.Lá terminou os estudos e iniciou sua vida profissional.Aos vinte e três anos, rumou para o sul. Casou-se com Fabio Araujo Santos. Tiveram sete filhos.Com 48 anos ficou viúva. Sua vida se transformou.Passou a integrar a Diretoria da J.H. Santos.Trabalhou, com muito afinco, por 13 anos. Aos 62 anos assumiu a coordenação executiva da Junior Achievement Brasil onde se realizou com a missão de formar jovens empreendedores. Aos 84 encerrou seu mandato.Em 2018 começou a escrever e o fruto desse esforço é Revirando Guardados editado em 2024.Aos 93 anos usufrui sua rotina rodeada de sua família e dos seus amigos."
