• Dilsolikh Kosimov

  Co-founder & Legal Analyst

  Dilsolikh Kosimov is Commercial Law student at the University of Westminster with a strong interest in the intersection of law and technology. Alongside his studies, he has spent the past two years working hands-on in tech, building and shaping digital products across different industries. He is the co-founder and legal analyst of Lexora, a legal-tech platform focused on making legal processes more accessible and efficient, and he also works as a Product Manager at Growz, an agri-tech application aimed at supporting smarter, more sustainable farming. He believes that true innovation is not only about creating new industries, but also about transforming those that have remained unchanged for decades.

• Farhod Furkatov

  Founder and CEO

  Farhod Furkatov is a technology entrepreneur, wellness ecosystem builder, and endurance athlete from Uzbekistan. His work is driven by a simple belief: every community begins with one person who decides to start. He is the founder of Deepen, a wellness technology platform created to help people live more active, connected, and meaningful lives. Through Deepen and his broader work, Farhod focuses on building ecosystems that empower individuals to take control of their health and inspire those around them. Earlier in his journey, Farhod played a key role in launching and growing 1FIT in new markets, helping introduce a new model of accessible fitness. Farhod’s path began with personal transformation. Through sport, discipline, and endurance challenges, he learned that real change starts within. Today, his mission is to create platforms, communities, and movements that empower individuals to take the first step.

• Malika Bobokhujaeva

  Student and Teacher

  Malika Bobokhujaeva is a multilingual speaker and knowledge enthusiast passionate about education and knowledge sharing. She achieved an IELTS score of 8.0 and speaks Uzbek, English, Russian, Tadjik, and Turkish, with additional knowledge of Korean and Arabic. Driven by curiosity and a deep belief that knowledge should not be limited by fear, boundaries, or social expectations, Malika focuses on ideas that encourage independent thinking and intellectual courage. Her TEDx talk, “Untethered Knowledge,” reflects her passion for spreading ideas that inspire individuals to question, learn, and grow beyond imposed limitations.

• Milana Medvedeva

  Project Management student

  Milana Medvedeva is a Project Management student with a lifelong curiosity about creativity and self-expression. From an early age, she explored dance and theatrical arts, and later discovered digital illustration and design. Even after gaining experience as a designer, she found herself becoming more hesitant to share her creative work as she grew older. What once felt natural began to feel vulnerable. This inner conflict led her to reflect on the true role of creativity in the modern world. At TEDxBMU Tashkent, she will share why she believes creativity is not just a talent or hobby, but a fundamental human need — and why our creative spark makes us less alone than we think.

• Nodira Qobiljonova

  Student and Co-founder of Usum.Prep

  A freshman at British Management University, Nodira Qobiljonova is a driven and forward-thinking student with a strong interest in leadership, communication, and personal development. As a co-founder of Usum.Prep|English and an intern in Dinara&Co, she actively contributes to building ideas that focus on growth, collaboration, and real-world impact. Motivated by curiosity and ambition, Nodira approaches every challenge as an opportunity to learn and evolve. For her, progress is not defined by position, but by consistency, vision, and the courage to create.

• Sarvinoz Turg'unova

  Student and Language Mentor

  Sarvinoz Turgunova is a first-year International Relations student passionate about social sciences, mental well-being, education and how people connect, communicate, and understand each other. Her interest in cross-cultural dialogue began during her studies at the World Languages Lyceum in Tashkent, where she developed a deep appreciation for languages and human stories. Through her studies in International Relations and her involvement in volunteering, debates, and language mentorship, she has seen firsthand how self-doubt and societal expectations shape people’s choices and limit their potential. At TEDxBMU Tashkent, Sarvinoz will share an idea rooted in the belief that personal struggles and self-discovery can become powerful catalysts for growth and transformation.

• Shirina Abdullaeva

  Student and Public Speaker

  At the age of 18, Shirina is an architect of dialogue who has spent the past 3 years navigating the high-stakes world of international diplomacy through Model United Nations. As a Foundation Year student, she balances her role as a global event organizer with a deep-seated passion for literature and the art of storytelling. Beyond the podiums of speaking competitions and the logistics of international conferences, Shirina is a "scientist of her own life". Driven by the belief that we are all "scientific discoveries waiting to happen," she empowers her audience to stop being strangers to themselves and start collecting their own evidence of joy, growth, and resilience.
