  Counselling Psychologist and Psycho-Oncologist

  Dr. Amit Sharma is a Counselling Psychologist and Psycho-Oncologist, Founder & CEO of Dr. Achha, and a former Cancer Scientist specialising in stem cells, cancer research, and cell & gene therapy. He holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Medicine from Hannover Medical School and has received specialised training in Psychosocial Oncology from Harvard University. With extensive experience spanning cancer research, healthcare consulting, and psychosocial oncology, he works at the intersection of mental health and cancer care. • Dr. Payal Kanwar Chandel

  Dr. Payal Kanwar Chandel (M.A., Ph.D.) is a Professor of Psychology at the Central University of Haryana, with over 19 years of teaching and research experience in Positive and Social Psychology. She currently serves as Dean, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, along with several key institutional responsibilities. She has received several honours, including the Prof. Mrs. Manju Thakur Memorial Award (2025), 7th Sarojini Naidu International Award (2023), Best Researcher Award (2021), and Indo-Pacific Best Teacher Award (2020). In 2026, she received an Award of Appreciation from the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) for her commendable contributions to psychology and promoting sustainable human development.
