  • Andi Long

Andi Long is an International Impact Book Award-winning author, speaker, educator, and founder of Codex Hathor Systems™, where she develops original frameworks exploring human behavior, leadership, and personal transformation. For more than 25 years, she has pursued one enduring question: Why do people remain stuck despite knowing what needs to change? Drawing from biology, education, behavioral science, coaching, and lived experience, her work challenges the assumption that awareness alone leads to transformation. She believes lasting transformation begins when awareness becomes honesty—and honesty becomes agency. As the author of The 256 Gate, Andi’s mission is to help people stop postponing their lives and become active participants in them. https://www.andilong.com

  • Brittany Jenkins

Brittany Jenkins is an entrepreneur, author, marketer, and storyteller whose life has been defined by one question: What becomes possible when you stop living by someone else's script? Growing up, Brittany was taught that security came from following the expected path. But after navigating loss, trauma, financial hardship, an abusive relationship, and the challenge of rebuilding her life from the ground up, she discovered that many of the beliefs guiding her decisions were never truly hers. Today, Brittany is the founder of The Buzz Marketing Co., a rapidly growing agency that helps businesses amplify their voice and expand their impact. Yet the work she is most passionate about goes far beyond marketing. Through her writing, speaking, and advocacy, she challenges people to examine the stories they inherited, the identities they perform, and the fears that quietly shape their choices. Her journey from survival to self-discovery inspired her memoir, *Growing Up Backwards*, a raw and deeply personal account of learning to trust herself after years of seeking validation, approval, and safety outside of herself. Known for her honesty, resilience, and ability to transform deeply personal experiences into universal lessons, Brittany speaks about identity, reinvention, ambition, healing, and the courage required to build a life that feels authentic, not just successful. When she's not building brands, speaking on stage, or creating content, you'll find her exploring new adventures with her dachshunds, connecting with entrepreneurs, or pursuing her next impossible goal. TEDx Talk - Who Told You That? A powerful exploration of the invisible beliefs that shape our lives, beliefs inherited from family, culture, relationships, and past experiences. Through personal stories and practical insight, Brittany reveals how questioning those narratives can unlock freedom, self-trust, and a future bigger than anything we were taught to expect. thebuzzmarketingco.com

  • Ciena Adams

Ciena Adams is an energetic performing arts student dedicated to making her extensive imagination come to life. With a long history of dance classes, singing lessons, comedic acting, and made-up performances her living room, Ciena has spent her whole life creating. Growing up, Ciena understood she was not genetically gifted for dancing. A lack of flexibility and thin limbs lead both people around her, and sometimes Ciena herself, to believe that dancing was not right for her. Choreography was an outlet for her to create the dances she wanted regardless of if she could execute the moves perfectly herself. It wasn't Ciena's technique that pushed her this far. Ciena's stubborn work ethic and relentless drive is what brings her to TEDx today. We can't wait to see what she does next.

  • Dr. Krystylle Richardson

I am Dr. Krystylle Richardson, an engineer, global innovation strategist, entrepreneur, educator, and international keynote speaker passionate about helping people unlock their potential and positively disrupt the status quo. With more than 40 years of leadership experience, I have served in executive and consulting roles supporting Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 organizations in engineering, innovation, quality systems, regulatory compliance, risk management, business continuity, and global operations. My work has taken me to nearly 40 countries, where I have trained, coached, and inspired leaders, entrepreneurs, students, corporations, universities, nonprofits, and communities to think differently, innovate boldly, and create meaningful impact. Growing up in Flint, Michigan, I was often bullied for being different, highly curious, and academically driven. Those experiences led to periods of low self-esteem, but ultimately became the catalyst for my passion to help others transform challenges into opportunities. Today, I am the founder of multiple leadership and innovation initiatives and the creator of proprietary frameworks that empower people to move from knowledge to action. Through speaking, teaching, consulting, and mentorship, I help individuals and organizations embrace creativity, adaptability, and courageous execution. I believe that our greatest breakthroughs often emerge from the very differences we once tried to hide. My mission is to help people recognize their unique gifts, innovate with purpose, and create a ripple effect of positive impact that extends far beyond themselves. Her message challenges audiences to stop waiting for permission, perfect timing, or rescue, and instead reclaim their agency. • Kathryn Severns Avery

On December 4, 2020, Chris Avery left home to pick up groceries. He never returned. Three robbers fleeing police ran a red light and t-boned his car. Chris died at the scene. Many expected his wife, Kathryn, to sue the police because there had been a high-speed pursuit. But instead, she vowed to not let the experience ruin her life. Like most civilians, she was blissfully ignorant of how difficult, demanding, and dangerous the work of first responders is and the toll it takes on them and their families. In 2022, Kathryn started Restoration Ranch Colorado, a nonprofit providing respite stays for first responders and their families. The Ranch has served more than 1, 000 first responders and their families. Sadly, the public continues to ignore the national shortage of first responders and their need for support. The Ranch closed in 2026 due to lack of funding. However, Kathryn continues passionately to educate, advocate, and agitate on behalf of first responders and their families. launchyournewlife.com
