• Abanga Azumah Prosper

  Co-Founder, Northern Renaissance

  Abanga Azumah Prosper is a recent graduate of the University of Professional Studies Accra, with a degree in BSc. Accounting. Well beyond numbers, he is passionate about social change and youth development and believes that the assurance of a better future begins with a systematic reprogramming of the youth especially within the Northern Regions of Ghana. This led him to co-founding the Northern Renaissance, an organization in the Tamale dedicated to actively reshaping the minds of young people through renewed self-identity and relevant skill development.

• Angelos Y. Pomevo

  Dyslexia Advocate, The Africa Dyslexia Organization (ADO) | Founder, LangTech Academy

  Angelos Y. Pomevo is a polyglot and trained professional speaker with over 8 years of working experience in FinTech across West Africa. He is passionate about technology and Web 3.0. As the founder of LangTech Academy, a revolutionary technology enterprise specializing in language learning solutions powered by Artificial Intelligence, he believes in the transformative power of AI and technology in shaping the future of education in Africa. Angelos is currently pursuing a second degree in forensic accounting and fraud examination from the University of Ghana Business School and continues to lead data-driven finance and communication strategies for both profit and non-profit organizations. With his excellent storytelling mastery in six international languages, Angelos greatly impacts the hearts and minds of his audience.

• Ayo Jones

  Author, Keynote Speaker, and AI Strategist

  Ayo Jones, M.Ed. is a Leadership and AI Strategist, keynote speaker, and co-founder of both Belonging Labs and Expat Life Ghana. She helps organizations navigate technological disruption with clarity, intention, and human-centered strategy. Her family's relocation from Houston to Accra was documented in a reality docuseries now streaming on HBO Max, Hulu, and TLC Africa. She has spoken alongside leaders from Google, IBM, and Deloitte, and her work has been featured on NPR and global media platforms. She is the author of "Teaching with AI: The PEACE Framework" and "Surviving the AI SHiFT." She lives and works in Accra, Ghana.

• Dr. Naa Adzoa Adzeley Boi-Dsane

  Medical Doctor

  Naa Adzoa Adzeley Boi-Dsane is a medical doctor, writer, independent researcher and a passionate advocate for the Deaf community. She created her SignWithAdzeley YouTube channel where she delivers health education and explains her scientific research using sign language and voice. She also created the Abacus and Science Competition for Deaf students to help pique interests in STEM. She continues to advocate relentlessly for the recognition of Ghanaian Sign Language as an official language and its inclusion in the mainstream education from basic to university level. Naa would love to live in a world where there is accessibility and no barriers to education for all children.

• Ibrahim Misto

  Chief Digital Officer

  Ibrahim Misto is a dynamic, cosmopolitan leader and currently serves as Chief Digital Officer at MTN Ghana, bringing extensive expertise across Telecommunications, Digital Transformation, and Fintech. Ibrahim has spearheaded large-scale transformation programs, championed financial inclusion, and delivered innovative digital solutions that drive sustainable growth. With a proven track record in strategy, innovation, and business development, Ibrahim sits on several boards, including Japan Motors Ghana Nissan, as well as leading NGOs and educational institutions. A passionate advocate for leadership development, Ibrahim actively mentors emerging leaders across industries. Academically, Ibrahim holds an Executive MBA from CEIBS and has completed executive programs at Harvard University, George Washington University, and UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.

• Israel Derrick Apeti

  Artist

  Enil Art is the creative identity of Israel Derrick Apeti, a Ghanaian visual artist known for transforming everyday human stories into powerful visual experiences. Through live portraiture and conceptual works, he captures emotion, identity, and connection in real time. His work has gained international recognition, including features by BBC News and speaking at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Blending art, storytelling, and social commentary, Enil Art uses creativity as a tool to inspire, connect, and provoke thought across diverse audiences.

• Katia Osei

  Head of Environmental Justice, The Or Foundation

  Katia Osei, also known as Katya the Destroyer, is a Ghanaian engineer, researcher, and storyteller working to democratize the "-isms" and "-ologies" long reserved for the privileged few. Born and raised in Takoradi, she returned to Ghana's coastline after studying bioengineering at Harvard University. Her work spans genetic engineering to community ecology, bridging conventional academia and citizen science. Katia believes the world as we know it was first spoken into being and that new stories, told from this same coast, can help unbuild it into something fairer.

• Mercy Wiredu

  Student, University of Cape Coast

  Mercy Wiredu is a student at the University of Cape Coast and an emerging speaker passionate about self-worth and personal growth. Drawing from her personal journey of overcoming deep insecurities and societal pressure, she uses storytelling to inspire others to embrace their uniqueness. Mercy's message centers on redefining identity beyond comparison and discovering purpose through life's imperfections. With a voice rooted in authenticity and faith, she seeks to challenge young people to see value in themselves before seeking validation from the world. Through her work, she hopes to spark conversations that lead to healing, confidence, and self-acceptance.

• Naomie Mwabilwa

  Co-Founder, Umande Investment Limited

  Naomie Nvumbi Mwabilwa is a cultural diplomacy champion and advocate for regional integration, driven by a belief that Africa's greatest strength lies in its people and their ability to find each other across borders. Through language, art, and strategic communication, she creates spaces where dialogue becomes a bridge for young people, displaced communities, and orphans whose voices rarely reach the table. A passionate advocate for SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, she believes lasting change is never built alone. Alongside her advocacy work, she is currently pursuing a Master's in International Relations and Diplomacy at Cavendish University Zambia, and co-founded Umande Investment Limited.

• Paa Kwesi Folson

  Paa Kwesi Folson is an award-winning public speaker, entrepreneur, and thought leadership strategist from Ghana. Known as the “Certified Gem Provider,” he is recognized for his insights in communication, thought leadership, personal and business growth. He is the founder of Revolead Solutions Limited, a firm focused on human capital and marketing solutions. Paa Kwesi has delivered over 200 speaking engagements in 36 months and is undoubtedly Ghana's greatest speaker from his generation, training organizations across multiple industries and sharing platforms with policymakers, business leaders, and executives. A TEDx speaker and coach, he has also worked with C-suite executives to enhance their communication and influence. His work focuses on empowering individuals and organizations to lead with clarity, impact, and purpose.

  Shaunn Armah is a Ghana-based storyteller and content creator who uses video to make complex ideas clear, relatable, and meaningful. His work explores technology, personal experiences, and culture, helping people feel more confident navigating a fast-changing digital world. By blending creative visuals with thoughtful storytelling, he turns complicated topics into accessible, human-centered insights. Shaunn has built a community of over 300,000 people across platforms and is passionate about helping African creators find their voice and tell authentic stories that resonate globally. At his core, he believes technology and media should bring clarity, connection, and understanding.

• Yaw Bediako, Ph.D

  Chief Executive Officer, Yemaachi Biotech | Dean of Research & Innovation, Ashesi University

  Yaw Bediako is a Ghanaian immunologist and biotech entrepreneur. He holds a PhD from Northwestern University and completed post-doctoral fellowships in Kenya and the UK. In 2020, Yaw founded Yemaachi Biotech with the goal of increasing the representation of African data in oncology drug discovery. He is a 2021 Calestous Juma Science Leadership Fellow (Gates Foundation), a fellow of the Ghana Young Academy, and an affiliate member of the African Academy of Sciences. Recent recognitions include being named one of the top 40 under 40 business people in Ghana (2022), one of the 100 most influential Africans by New African magazine (January 2023), and a Bloomberg New Economy Catalyst for 2025. Yaw serves as Dean of Research and Innovation at Ashesi University simultaneously with his role as CEO of Yemaachi.
