• Jacky Wang

  Host of Podcast " Left Side Escalator"

  Jacky is the host of the well-known podcast “ Left Side Escalator.” The show focuses on personal growth and stepping out of one’s comfort zone. The podcast’s name comes from the idea that the left side escalator is the fast lane—a daily shortcut for moving forward and surpassing the crowd. Jacky often invites outstanding individuals from various fields to share their stories and thought frameworks. His mottos are “Action is the beginning of dreams” and “Discipline equals freedom.” He continuously challenges himself in both work and life.

• Meng-Hao Liu

  Founder of Hao Coffee, Hao Atelier, and Sunset Three-Day Festival

  In recent years, as textile manufacturing has relocated to China and Southeast Asia, the hosiery industry in Shetou has become a sunset industry. Meng-Hao Liu observed that the established strength of the traditional industry, coupled with the unique factory-as-home culture in Shetou, is a story that should be amplified, seen, and truly appreciated. This realization prompted him to take action: He felt compelled to rally local youth to jointly revitalize the industry! Thus, he launched the "Sunset Festival" (literally, the "Relaxed Three-Day Festival"). The name cleverly combines the Taiwanese "Song-Sui" (meaning "relaxed" or "easy-going"), whose pronunciation also echoes the English word "Sunset," thereby referencing the current status of the Shetou hosiery industry as a sunset industry.

• Sonny Lee

  Deputy Director of Holding Self Counseling Center

  Sonny Lee is the Deputy Director of Holding Self Counseling Center and a part-time lecturer at Tainan School of Nursing. With dual licenses in counseling psychology and social work, he specializes in expressive arts therapy, play and sandplay therapy, trauma recovery, gender issues, and attachment. Grounded in a psychodynamic approach, he brings psychological insights into everyday life to help people better understand themselves and their relationships. His Instagram account, @psyˍsonny, uses humor and practical examples to promote mental-health literacy, covering stress management, emotional resilience, parenting, and communication—helping audiences apply these tools in daily life and work.

• Yu-Liang Lin

  Co-founder and CEO of Lead For Taiwan

  Mr. Yu-Liang Lin is the Co-founder and CEO of Lead For Taiwan (LFT). He focuses on critical thinking education. He felt constrained by the endless memorization and testing of the traditional education system he experienced. However, while studying in France, he experienced a study environment rich in deliberation, discussion, and challenging issues, which completely changed his perspective on education. Therefore, in 2018, Mr. Lin and his friends founded Lead For Taiwan. Their goal is clear: to promote critical thinking education, enabling students not only to master textbook knowledge but also to deeply understand social issues and develop the critical thinking emphasized by the 108 Curriculum Guidelines.
