Amy Cardoso is the Head Teacher of Martin House College in Zambia, where she has led the growth of a vibrant academic and cultural community since its founding. Passionate about education, leadership, and values-driven growth, she has guided hundreds of young people through pivotal moments in their lives. Drawing on her own personal journey of challenges and triumphs, Amy speaks with honesty and conviction about resilience, faith, and the lessons that shape us. She believes in the transformative power of perseverance — not as a public performance, but as the quiet strength that carries us forward when no one is watching. Outside of education, Amy is a devoted mother who loves the outdoors, travel, and finding joy in life’s everyday adventures.

Clement Sinyangwe

Dr. Sinyangwe is a seasoned ICT professional and leader with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of technology, business, and ethics. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in ICT with a focus on Ethics of ICTs (Cybersecurity), a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from NIPA, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Zambia in collaboration with Zimbabwe Open University, a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Computing from the University of Greenwich, and Diplomas in Management of Information Systems and in Information Systems & Programming. He is the President of the ICT Association of Zambia (ICTAZ), Chairperson of the Research Committee at the Technology Information Confederation for Africa (TICONA), Member of the National e-Government Technical Committee (2023–2026), and Member of the ICT and Digitalization Technical Working Group under the Presidential Public-Private Dialogue Forum.

Jaxen's love for music began at a very young age—around the age of five. Although he didn’t have the best influences for music, it always lingered in the back of his mind. By the time he was ten, he started to take music more seriously and began experimenting with different sounds. That was when he got his first guitar. He wasn’t very good at first—his fingers would ache from playing, and he only knew one song. Yet, despite the struggle, he kept going. Shingirai Mutambirwa is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA with a specialism in Strategic Planning. With over ten years of experience in finance and administration, Shingirai currently serves as the Finance and Accounts Manager at Turtle Insurance Brokers. Driven by the concept and practice of entrepreneurship for the development of Africa, Shingirai is a growing leader with a strong passion for effective public speaking. In 2023, Shingirai participated in the Toastmasters Southern Africa Speaking Competition and secured third place, an achievement that has enhanced his skills as a Master of Ceremony and host at both corporate and social events. He is also deeply committed to discipline and healthy living and is an avid practitioner of martial arts
