Ashleigh’s work reflects a commitment to growth, adaptability, and empowering others to pursue ambitious ideas with confidence.
Delaney Vesey
PHUHS/CABAM & CWMP Student
Delaney Vessey is a student in the Medical Magnet and CABAM programs at Palm Harbor University High School. She is passionate about leadership, service, and the intersection of empathy and growth. Through her academic and extracurricular experiences, especially those in CAP (Civil Air Patrol), Delaney has developed a strong interest in how personal boundaries shape resilience, particularly among young people navigating high-expectation environments.

Heidi Dindial-Thompson is a social studies teacher at Palm Harbor University High School, where she is dedicated to helping students understand the world through history, civic engagement, and critical thinking. With years of experience in education, she brings a thoughtful, real-world perspective to discussions about boundaries, growth, and the ways education shapes how individuals understand both themselves and society.

Martika Jones is the Founder and CEO of BŪP, a technology company supported by Google for Startups and NVIDIA. As an entrepreneur and innovator, she is passionate about leveraging technology to create meaningful solutions and expand access to opportunity. Martika’s work reflects her commitment to breaking barriers in the tech space while empowering others to rethink what is possible through innovation and leadership.
Mathew Habib
PHUHS IB Student
Mathew Habib is a published author, advocate, and IB student at PHUHS. Growing up as an immigrant, he learned to navigate boundaries shaped by language, culture, and social expectations. Learning English marked his first experience with the tension between silence and self-expression, exclusion and belonging. Today, Mathew uses the very language that once limited him to tell stories that build connection and understanding, exploring when boundaries must be broken to grow and when they must be built to protect identity and values.
Olja Correa
OSHA Compliance officer
Olja Correa is a Compliance Assistance Specialist with OSHA’s Tampa Area Office, where she leads outreach, alliance initiatives, and strategic partnerships. With a background as a Compliance Safety and Health Officer and industrial hygienist, Olja has spent over a decade working at the intersection of public safety, health, and education. Prior to OSHA, she served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army Chemical Corps, holding multiple leadership roles in special operations. Her experience reflects a deep commitment to safety, leadership, and service.
Robert Kopec
PHUHS/IB High School Senior
Robert Kopec is an IB senior in the Class of 2026 at Palm Harbor University High School and a varsity athlete. Through his experiences balancing academics, athletics, and personal growth, Robert has learned that meaningful development doesn’t always come from constant achievement, but from recognizing limits and learning when to pause.
