• Ananyaa Gupta

  Ananyaa Gupta is a 2nd year medical student at King’s College London with a passion for engaging individuals across disciplines through a variety of mediums. Curious and dynamic, Ananyaa brings warmth and wit to her exploration of how we speak and why it matters. She believes that the way we speak carries stories of history, movement, and shared identity, especially as a student in London. Alongside her academic work, Ananyaa holds positions on committees of multiple student-led publications and community groups. In her TEDx talk, she invites audiences to listen differently - to hear the beauty in diversity and celebrate how our voices, in all their variety, tell the story of modern Britain.

• Dr Julia Jones

  Julia is a Neuroscientist and former Olympic psychologist and entrepreneur. 30-years after forging a successful career as a sport and exercise scientist, Julia launched Holidity in 2019 to investigate why 50-years of huge diet and fitness trends had failed to stem the rising health crisis. The outcome of that research was the Holidity platform - a unique retention tool for behaviour change providers to increase engagement with their clients and help them successfully form lasting healthy habits. Julia is also known as Dr Rock due to her specialised work using music as a biohack. In her spare time she is lead guitarist in all-female rock band, Pretty Crap.

• Dr Khurram Sadiq

  Dr. Khurram Sadiq is a renown keynote speaker, who has shared insights on neurodevelopmental psychiatry and mental health. He was invited to UN- Vienna and UNESCO to deliver talks about Neurodiversity in 2024. He also has delivered talks to Corporates like Warner Bros and Booking.com. He is a published author of the book ‘Explaining AuDHD’ about the intertwining of Autism and ADHD. His expertise lies in Neurodevelopmental Psychiatry, particularly Autism and ADHD itself intertwining and new concept of AuDHD, as well as the intersection of mental health with gaming and social media. He is a Leadership Mentor and an advocate for compassionate $ Transformational leadership in healthcare and beyond. He has transformed teams in the NHS and working currently alongside NHS England to help exploring the model he created and applied successfully in Oxleas NHS Foundation for reducing the waiting times for ADHD.

• Elaine Powell

  Elaine Powell is an international keynote speaker and thought leader known as The Thought Disruptor™. She helps people think differently so they can lead, communicate, and live with greater awareness and impact. Elaine teaches practical thinking concepts that shift perspectives, reframe challenges, and drive meaningful action. In her TEDx talk, she explores how real change begins long before action, in the quiet moment when we notice and shift our internal state. But that’s not always easy. We often resist change, even when we know it’s needed. The goal, Elaine says, is to shift before there’s a significant impact. She shares two simple questions that can be a game changer in how we handle life’s challenges. Elaine has spoken at organizations including America’s Credit Union, NACUFS, and Maine Savings FCU. Featured twice in Forbes, she is also a stand-up comedian and producer of Amazon Prime’s Speak UP series.

• Marcos de Souza

  Marcos de Souza is an entrepreneur and filmmaker exploring the intersection of digital technology and human-centered innovation. At 24, he co-founded a HealthTech startup backed by a leading Silicon Valley venture fund. Born in the Brazilian Cerrado where the red earth meets Brasília’s modernist skyline, he now lives in London, embodying the spirit of reinvention and interdisciplinarity that shaped him. In his talk, Marcos asks: what if innovation is not about disruption, but digestion? Drawing from a century-old Brazilian modernist idea, the art of devouring influences, he reimagines creativity in the age of AI. His message is clear: as technology transforms how we create, work, and care, true innovation lies in breaking boundaries, blending disciplines, and serving the world something entirely new.

• Nik Gowing

  Since 2014, Nik has been Founder and Director of the Thinking the Unthinkable (TTU) project, which explores why leaders struggle to adapt to the growing scale of unthinkable and unpalatable challenges. Drawing on access to top figures in business, government, and public service, TTU offers candid insights into leadership under pressure. From 1996 to 2014, Nik was a main presenter on BBC World News, hosting The Hub with Nik Gowing, BBC World Debates, Dateline London, and covering major global events on location. He served on the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on Geo-Economics and advised the President of the UN General Assembly on leadership challenges. His Oxford University study Skyful of Lies and Black Swans (2009) foresaw the phenomenon now known as fake news. Nik holds honorary doctorates from Exeter and Bristol Universities and, since 2021, has been a Distinguished Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute.

• Ramit Mehta

  Ramit is the founder of Commfy (Community For You), a startup focused on helping people find belonging through community experiences. Originally from Mumbai, he has spent eight years working in Silicon Valley after studying at Duke University and BITS Pilani, and recently completed his second Master’s at King’s College London in Public Policy and Management. Over the years,he has seen how a culture of constant optimization, productivity, and automation is slowly weakening our sense of connection to each other. His idea is that more of us need to give ourselves permission to create, develop and nurture community experiences. The answer to reducing loneliness is not another AI chatbot or app but each other and the communities we build.

• Roberto Fumagalli

  Roberto Fumagalli is Senior Lecturer at King’s College London and has affiliations with the London School of Economics and the University of Pennsylvania. His research interests cover areas including philosophy of the social sciences, philosophy of economics, philosophy of science, and philosophy and public policy. Roberto has published in numerous international journals and delivered over 160 conference talks. Since joining King’s College London, he has held leadership roles such as Director of the Philosophy, Politics and Economics Program, Director of the MA Public Policy Program, Senior Tutor, and Associate Director of the Centre for the Study of Governance and Society. He has received nominations for teaching and supervision awards. His projects have been supported by national and international funders. He is passionate about poetry and has published eight collections of poems.

• Tiffany Luxford

  Tiffany is a BSc Psychology student at Kings, currently on her professional placement year. Her talk on ‘Permission to Change’ centres on her lived experience of an eating disorder. She spent years entrenched in fear, and the prospect of change seemed impossible. 3 years later, she is fully recovered and sharing her story in the hope to inspire others to step into the uncertainty. We all have the inner courage to pursue change, and the biggest barrier is often ourselves. She is passionate about using her voice to empower others, and she is excited to share her story with you! There is something unique about sharing lived experience, and she has seen the value of this through expert by experience talks and research projects that she has been involved in. One quote that will always stick with he is ‘nothing changes if nothing changes’.
